I have a DVD Windows 10 (from an ISO) downloaded April 2018, it installs finds all my drivers, updates to V1709 then V1803 with no problems.

I have a DVD Windows 10  (from an ISO) downloaded May 2018 it install and it’s more or less V1803. It struggles with my graphic card and errors on updates, over and over.

      Is M$ dropping drivers while updating/upgrading 10

      Cheers
      John

Generally speaking M$ does not ‘DO’ drivers they just give their WHQL approval to manufacturers drivers and uses these for updates. I have no idea why the two different isos behave differently but it may be that the May 2018 download is a little bit corrupt. Try making a new 1803 iso. link

          Thanks Ed

          I see what you mean.

I just thought they downgraded as v1703 & 1709, 1803 gives errors on Windows update when updating the graphics.

I will DL a new ISO.

          Cheers
          John
