Where's the Edir Button Gone?

I hate typo’s.  Just noticed two in one of my posts right after posting    Went to Edit but no Edit button.

EDIT – Bizarre.  Its back now in this thread but still missing in other recent threads.

You have upto 5 minutes to edit then the button goes away.
