Well, there ain’t really. I just figured I had better say something. The site seems to be running fine although very quiet for some reason. I may send out a newsletter to see who’s out there but I have no idea what to put in it.

With it being so quiet I will understand if people want to cancel their subs/donations as there is little going on.

On my side, I am still looking for a house. It’s difficult without a guarantor. I have secured 6 months’ rent upfront to be released when or if I find a house to pay upfront but even that is not working with the houses I have enquired about. Looked all across the north but you have to be quick.

Other than that, a bit of Retroarch.

Lee, good to hear that you have some funds for upfront rental costs, sucks that you can’t get anywhere though.

Have you tried all avenues,housing associations, council and so on?

Cheers PM. Yes, I tried the council but for some reason, they were eager to put me in a bed sit. Nope, not going anywhere without my cats. As it happens, the same day I posted the above I got a call from an estate agent regarding a house I enquired about and that I need a couple of references but it sounds promising. Just got to get them now. Fingers crossed it goes well as I really like the house. Mind, I have had to sell my soul to the devil to get this far!
