My old account suddenly became unusable as the password was said not to be recognised. I asked for a password reminder but nothing came of the request, it just hung. I set up a new account but that was also unable to sign in – I had used the original password.
I have now set up a new account with a simple password and this has worked.
I would like to go back to my old ID and recover the old account, perhaps with a new password if this is possible.
I do not want a collection of orphan accounts hanging about so how can things be cleaned up please?
