My last attempt Richard was 2016/17ish. I know what I need to do, I do do core and back excersises daily (or as close to), the issue with the physio is when at the ozzy they insist on bending and twisting me in ways I know throws my back out, and they have. When my back goes, the only way to ‘bring it back’ is to lie flat for days.
For years people say that’s the worst thing for a thrown back, but at 20 years living with it. I just agree, and do what I know works for me. When it goes, evey movement its like an electric shock that take my legs form under me.
Luckally I know know how to manage my back, years of trial and error, and it doesn’t go that often. It’s sore every day, I manage that, but what I can’t do is the physio they insist on.
I should go the docs Richard your correct. But I hate my doctors. And I spend half my life at surgeries and hospitals as it is. I just couldn’t be arsed doing it for myself. There isn’t enough hours in a day, between hospitals, work and kids.
One day I’ll go. One day. They keep asking me to come in for a medication review, but Ive been ignoring it now for about 4 years. One day they will insist on it. That’s the day I’ll inquire about new tests etc..
