According to the German Press we are still seriously considering the vain-glorious Boris Burrow between Scotland and Northern Ireland.

And the bridge. NI and Scotland will have gone by then, plus they don’t want it anyway.

I saw one of those tunneling machines as an exhibit near euro tunnel Dover and at the time I thought if only they could get one or more on the moon, it sure would not take long until there was a genuine moon base. They could even manufacture ball bearings for it to pay for its self.

I think that Boris really HAD to have a feasibility study, at least. Before the last election, and even before the Brexit vote, Boris had said he was strongly in favour of the project (and I think he still is) but unless the result of the study says we can have a tunnel for tuppence I don’t think it will go any further.
