I Have had SWFO for some time but did not get on with it on account of Ninja Gaiden style slashing and a demented save game system.

Later on I discovered the work around was to simply set the game to easy or story.

Yes, the combat becomes tamer but the skill aspects of the game stay the same making for a lots fun laid back no problem adventure.

The game starts of kinda slow as you improve your skill and climb the skill tree and as you move onwards and up the game starts to turn on the charm and you do become a Jedi. Its so tangible you can really feel the force.

This games is the best SW so far IMO.

Its SW meets: Tomb Raider, Super Mario, Nichibutsu’s Crazy Climber and lots of other game simliars.

Most people say this is a game pad game but if you have a fancy multi button mouse, then mouse and keyboard is the way via key settings..

Its one not to miss. That’s why i posted it up.

I played this and yeah, I’ve enjoyed it (to a point).

I ended up getting fed up when visiting Zeffo again for the second or third time and haven’t yet gone back to it. Like you, I dropped the difficulty down to story, just to get it playable. However, I got fed up at a specific section where it seemed to rely on split second reflexes to get past. Maybe I’ll go back to it for a bit now, but at the time it drove me mad.

I did use a controller for it, as I found that to be a more comfortable way to play, but overall, it’s been a good game and I generally enjoyed it (until I didn’t!). It was the first game actually where I thought I’d try and find a streamer to watch playing it, so I could get the full story and not have to play it myself!
