I thought I would post up some friendlies in the run up to the world cup. These are of my interest and may not be of yours so please keep the negativity away @sgb101

Australia v Czech republic 1st June 12.00 PM
France V Italy 1st June 8 PM

May 21, 2018 at 2:06 pm #20974With my sleep patterns it’s likely I can watched them all. ?
A few months a go, me and the wife was discussing and wondering what the time spread of games would be like, given the amount of timezones Russia has.
Usually all the games are in about a 6h window of either day or night, but with Russia, they could condense the comp by a week, and have a game star every hour if they wished.
Update, I just realise I totally misread Lee’s post. But sill it’s relevant to the wc.
May 21, 2018 at 3:53 pm #20982France v. Italy is a standout for me. The Italians will be hurting after not making it to Russia and France have a very good team. There are so many names being promoted to fill the Italian national manager’s position, but atm it seems that Roberto Mancini may have taken over from caretaker manager Luigi di Baggio. Or not: take your pick. Italy have one of the most successful World Cup records, it will seem strange not to see the Azzuri in Russia. I expect the Italians to do what they usually do when undergoing one of their (many) crises and catastrophes: provide a shock and beat France.
I shall record and/or watch some of those, thanks for the list Lee. I think Nigeria are capable of giving England a harder test than expected.

I'm out.May 28, 2018 at 4:41 pm #21265Apparently the first match in my list above to be player in the early hours tonight/tomorrow can be watched live on the BBC website. It’s not on tv or radio. If any one knows exactly were I should look on the BBC please let me know. ?
Edit: Ignore me, LINK.

May 30, 2018 at 1:42 am #21352The france Italy game should be good. Italy have something to prove. They should go all out, where France will Likely be playing within themselves. At least to start with.
