If you have a pixel or a nexus 6p running thd pixel rom,  check out the new built in wallpapers.google have really upped their game and there is some stunning ones.

My favourite is the ‘live’ view of the earth,  showing day night and weather cycles.  It very good.

Not for me, but maybe others may be interested in getting (most) of the Pixel’s properties:

Thought about doing that to my G5 when messing with the Yeelight bulbs, not really worth the potential hassle of misbehaving apps for me.

If you have a 6p or 5x and not rooted  wouldn’t bother , I reckon it will get assistant soon enough.

I was once in the camp that if you wasn’t rooting and romming there is something wrong with you, as stock (all Rims and skins )was lacking and by rooting you was opening up lots of pros.

That time has past , rooting now breaks more than it fixes. My last rooted phone was the M8, bit even then there was alot of negatives to turning ‘s-off’ and rooting.

It’s not worth the hassle. If it’s for tertiary device go have a play, but if it’s your primary or secondary don’t bother.

That work around ed was found before the pixel even launched. It may of been the day of ,it was piblisised.
