So, I had an accident with one of my peepers a while back. Caution to the wind job, my fault.

Anyway, I went to see the option if my peeper was permanently damaged and no nothing wrong just get my self checked in for a new pair of specs.

One of the tests he did was the pin hole test. I could then see like I was a teenager and so got home looked on the net and ordered some pinhole specs for a few quid.

Whilst not very well optimized they actually do work with my PC monitor with colors, haziness, spacial distancing all much better.

But not perceptually practical on account of not being optimized. But seem ok in slow paced games and so? There we are then.

Interesting, as I suffer from bad astigmatism (due measles when a kid), I found the prospect of alleviating this very appealing – unfortunately cataracts make it an impractical desktop solution.

I just noticed that your avatar seems to be wearing them. BTW now the novelty has worn off they are on the shelf behind me. 🙂
