      The old debate has had some more scientific study, and it looks like Nature (genetics) wins when it comes to success at University.It even extends to attendance at ‘better’ universities. (the article also includes a ranking of UK Universities.  This in turn is used by HR Departments and has been around in one form or another for at least 50 years.)
