Maker Fair – Newcastle April 1/2

There are unfortunately few glossy promotional images or Fair details, but anyone interested in ‘Making’ or interested in learning about ‘Making’, who lives in ‘The North’ may be interested in this year’s Maker Fair which is taking place in Newcastle Saturday/Sunday April 01/02. Tickets may be purchased here.

If I can get SWMBO interested in combining it with a trip to Hadrian’s Wall and supping some Brown Ale I might even traverse the length of England to go myself!

I’ve wanted to go the Newcastle Maker Faire, but it’s a long way to go. Having been to the Mini-Maker Faire in Brighton and Derby, it seemed to be much more aimed at kids, and only a small number of things aimed at more grown-up things.
