      I’m after some RAM for my mothers T420, 4GB is what I’m after.

      Anyone have any DDR3L -1866 knocking about before I spend too much time looking for a good deal? Fair price and postage would be paid.

                Sorry Nolan, been distracted. What I remembered as laptop ram was desktop.

                With regards amazon I have tried the qomox and timetec ram and its fine, indeed that’s what my T420 is using.

                    CeX seem to be decently priced for laptop RAM. May be worth a look.

                    Arch Linux, on a Ryzen 7 1800X, 32 GB, 5 (yes -5) HDs inc 5 SSDs, 4 RPi 3Bs + 1 RPi 4B - one as an NFS server with two more drives, PiHole (shut yours), Plex server, cloud server, and other random Pi stuff. Nice CoolerMaster case, 2 x NV GTX 1070 8GB, and a whopping 32" AOC 1440P monitor.

                      Got some Kingston from Amazon, arrived yesterday and worked a treat. Well, after the many Windoze updates had finished. 🙄
