Asking you all again – laptops.  My daughter has an ancient Asus (I think) it’s fairly old and the instructions are in Latin – somehow or other she’s picked up a nasty!! Not looked at it yet.

I’m looking for a possible replacement – W11 (no point W10 from previous posting), 15.6″ screen or even larger, SSD (500Gb?), 8/16 Mb RAM – basically a machine that will be up to date, she can use to work from home with.  General use – surfing the net, internet shopping …. !!

I have the ThinkBook version of the i5 and it’s a fantastic piece of kit. The NVMe drives they use are very good too. S mode restricts you to the Windows Store for apps, but a quick trip to settings sorts that out.
