      If you have a Honda it is possible that your car can be easily hacked.

      The only way of mitigating this appears to be to keep your key fob in a Faraday Pouch.

        You think that’s bad. Farmers have been complaining for years that tractors  & £500,000+ combine harvesters often use the same basic ignition key.

          Ford had a problem a few years ago with people capturing the signal from the key fobs on keyless entry and go Fiestas. The solution was a motion activated key fob. Simple and works well. For most people. Because of the way I move on my crutches the motion sometimes isn’t vigorous enough to enable the key fob so I have to shake my pocket a bit. Can look a bit strange in the supermarket car park….
