At Tesco, online and in store.

Get 20% of the £25 card.

I’m off to the local one early in the morning to see if they have any, all of the Half Life 2 games for £20.  :good:

There’s a fair few of these through the Defence Discount Store that I occasionally make use of 😉

Not done the Sainsburys/Morrisons ones yet though, but probably should to knock off 5% off the monthly shopping bill.

I’ve currently got over £50 in credit on my play account, never bought any of it, all pronations.if you look out for it you never have to spend real cash.

The best one was when Google partnered with Kitcat, the £1 multi packs of KK come with £5 play credit. So I cashed in on that big time, my N6 came with £25 credit and my Pixel with £50 credit. I can’t seem end it faster then they give it out.

The Amazon gift cards are the ones to look out for. 10%of 50 or 20 off a £100. If your about to buy somthing, buy the gift card, they instantly send you the voucher code, then input it to your account and buy the goods. It takes seconds but save a great deal.

I’ll usually buy the Amazon ones as they come up, knowing I’ll spend them. I spend alot via Amazon.

The staff in Tesco were bemused when the £25 card went through at £20, no promotional material anywhere to be seen in store.

My last 2 phones have both had 2 years worth of Google Drive storage included, very handy for a snap happy person like me.

PM unless you phone takes 16mp photos full size back up to google photo is free.

I think upto 1080p video is also. May be wrong on that.

With the pixel you get any size phot unaided for free and 4k video. I now upload all my dslr photos via the pixel so I get the full 22mp photo for free.

In the past Ive only uploaded the great snaps at full res, and the rest at 16mp.

For thoughts who don’t know, buy free we mean, doesn’t eat into your allowance. Though I blasted past my free (monetary)  amount 25gb iirc years ago.

Over the years Ive had bonuses, Ill have to check if I’m in a ‘bonus period’ but I pay £1.99 (change to GBP last month) per months for some (?.?) amount of extra space.

Update – Not in a ‘bonus period, I have a total of 118gb so I must pat for 100gb and the 18gb is the basic. I’ve currently uses 48gb of my allowance. It’s mostly photos from pre free back ups. The picasa days.

All my photos and video are backed up at the actual size, always have been.

Because of the dual cameras on the G5 about half the photos are 8mp, the others 16. I always record video in 4K, unless I know it’s going to be longer than 5 minutes.

4k files are stupendous. The but everyone should record in 4k if they can. Though 1080p, shouldn’t look bad in 10 yeas, like recordings and digital photos do from 10 years prior.  :negative:

I took the kids to see Liverpool bring home the champions league trophy to the city. The photos look like I took them on a potato
