@admin – Hi Lee, I’ve just posted a reply and within it I wanted to highlight a part of the text by changing the font to red for half a dozen words. In the ReplyTo box it came out right, posting the text in red, while all else was black.

Once this was posted this changed and span/style ……………………………span was inserted around the portion of words.

Similar to this from another affected post from ( as it happens ) JB.

Agreed, it is more of a pain for <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>underline</span>.

Thanks. While you are there could you see if it possible to change the spell-checker to UK English? I’m fed up with seeing colour underlined as a mistake. (It does not appear to be a browser setting as I already have my Firefox browser set to display UK English, but maybe I need to change something else).

The site was set to US language but changed to UK now but there should be no spell checker on the front end but I may be wrong, give it a try.

A minor quirk:

Until recently (last few days), clicking an unread post in the Latest Replies list, then clicking Back, would automatically mark the post as read. Now though, it doesn’t change. I think it may have changed once earlier, but nothing’s happening at all now. If I manually refresh the Latest Replies list, then the posts are marked as read, as you’d expect.

EDIT: Just clicked back to the list after posting this, and this thread hadn’t moved to the top of the list either. It’s the first time I’ve noticed that behaviour though.

I can not say I have noticed but I would not expect it to change if clicking the back button TBH. I’ll be doing away with the envelopes any time now and will be opting for two distinct colours instead. Why you ask :yahoo: One of my Mobile friendly changes :bye:

One issue I’ve had since day one is random log outs. Sometimes it will be days before the site logs me out, some times it will do it a few times a day.

Not a big issue, but it just happens and the bugs forum was front and central, so though I’d mention it.

Yes the buttons had you in mind. I don’t think there is much I can do about you being booted out but I’ll have a think.

I see the new buttons are still replicated in the drop down menu in the mobile view.

If you remove them from the menu, could I recommend you move the pm notification to the top, as I always miss my pcs for days if they are at the top I’d see them quicker. Or small unread pm counter on the same row of the new buttons. Say a small blue circle with white number inside.

I’m just throwing out ideas. Keep up the good work.

Yes drop down is still there until I have placed the buttons everywhere they need to be, probably another day or less. I am working on some PM ideas as I speak or type 🙂

I’ve noticed it a few times too, but it always seems to coincide with changes to the site, so thought it was supposed to happen.
