Hi Lee – just a quick question for you – On the Tab in my browser, and other ones too, it shows an icon of a sheet of paper with a folded corner.  Is there anyway a picture or logo could be there?? That was a minor irritant with the MM Forum as well, but there was no inclination – or opportunity – to get it changed.:(

Also the url’s in the address bar are missing the www – I just tried to link to Forumite’s home page from my MM Sig and had to add it.

Cheers Lee, just noticed you edited my avetarm . Must of been a quirk of android.
The mobile format is very good btw. Seemed a tad slow this morning , but all good again now as I’m sat in the car ‘xmas shopping’ with the girls.  :negative:

The www hasn’t shown up for me for a long time I think it only shows for HTTPS sites or encrypted ones.

 

MM doesn’t show www for me. I’ve attached a screen shot of both mm and Google showing the difference.

And the incert pic option in the drop down I don’t know how that is meant to work , there is no place to drowsy for pics and now way (I can see) to put a link to a pic that live on Google etc. If I’m just being an idiot please let me know and tell me how it’s ment to work.</p>

 

Edit – I’ll leave them in, but whey if you hit align text by accedet ,or on purpose, does it but the code for it in the post. It happens to me earlier and I had to edit it out, bit as I did it again I’ll leave it in as an example for you . Pretty big bug. Are you writing the code for this site by hand?

You can attach images not embed them.

Untill I have fixed a few things over time I dont want large images sending the forum off screen.

I only noticed it when I was linking to this site from within MM, using copy and paste off the url, so not a problem per se, but I thought I’d mention it.

Coal burning stoves have been re-invented as wood burners, do you think the old Princesses have a future as something other than an example of what not to do??!!:)

Is there a way to highlight text taken from another post, similar to the

–

that we could use in the MM forum, or something similar??

 

Edit – Ahh I see the quote ( in square brackets) and /quote ( in square brackets) does have an effect, just not the one I expected!!:D

Niether . My dogs get chauffered, they don’t like to get cold. Or move a lot in general tbh . They sleep about 20 hours away, will have 2 made 10 mins plays with each other with a long nap in between, them we force them out of a walk which they don’t like to go for more than 20 mins or they just give up.

In the winter you have to }ush them out the back door to piss, or thell just hold it in all day.

There is now an upload image option using the image icon in the editor tool bar at the top of the topic reply area. However, unless you feel that you need or must try and use the attachment option at the bottom instead.

Pardon the image of my other cat, Grummpers, she has had a long day.

No, its just how she sleeps, It a sign of a chilled out cat to do that. I could do with some tips, maybe if went out hunting mice and birds I would get a good nights sleep. ?
