Got round to putting my brew on last night. A lager, hopefully, 5%. One barrel has already started bubbling and I am starting to remember how annoying the bubbling sound is. Its been a good 15 year since the last brew I believe so not sure if it should be bubbling so early as it says in the instructions 24 – 48 hours.
