Use your Synology. There are apps to do exactly what you want to do.

I’ve got some of the photos on the Synology already, but I’m looking for something outside the house in case of a fire or break in etc. I keep forgetting about the Synology too. I’m so used to not having it that I can’t get it into my head that it’s there 😣😂

For photos I use google photos for unlimited backups (compressed but still excellent quality) and I manually bung the uncompressed versions of ones I want to keep on to OneDrive.

That’s a good point. It won’t hurt to have a backup on both. Trying to remember to do any of it manually is the problem at the moment though.

Four of us using OneDrive with 1TB each works out typically around £10-£12 each per year (using Office 365 Home codes from ebay – but even full price is reasonable for multiple users).

I’m a bit wary of the Ebay codes now, after my last one was deactivated. Like you say though, the full price isn’t bad for what you get.

Glad to hear they’re both ok. The car can be replaced, but they can’t

Postal 2 is free on GOG until the 18th. Be aware – it’s an 18 rated game 😀

If the case has got a reset switch, you can swap that for the power switch too.

Do you get the GPU and network lights before or after you press the power button? Some lights come on when there’s power to the motherboard, and some only come on when the PC is actually switched on. I can’t remember which ones do what off the top of my head though 🙂

Went through Quidco and could get the Unlimited deal for £20 a month with a free B535

Double check your paperwork when it comes through. I just did the same through TopCashBack, and the paperwork says it’s £29 a month after the various discounts. The initial emails all say £20 a month.

I haven’t had a chance to ring them yet, but I’ve got to chase up my phone bills too. My contract ended and they still charged for the phones.

                          No worries 🙂

It’s handy as you can see the results and a graph for comparison. In the app you can switch between the two, or the site shows both.

For anyone wondering, Creatinine is basically kidney function. Normal is 60 – 110, so mine’s obviously a bit high. Better than the 1000+ when I was first diagnosed though 😮

Should have the results Wednesday/ Thursday

If you haven’t already, sign up with Patient View. It’s an online service that lets you get your results online or through an app. I’ve found with the Heath that if the results aren’t available before I leave, they’re usually on Patient View the same night. You may need your GP or consultant to start the registration, but as it’s the Heath, you can probably just use the online signup.

I’ve just had to buy some myself, sorry. It was this, and it’s been working perfectly, if that helps:

Just tried Android Auto and it worked fine. The only problem is that the connection broke when I moved the phone. I put it on my lap and a crease in my jeans was enough to break the magnet’s connection. I can’t see it being a problem if you’ve got a holder, but if the phone is likely to move it could disconnect.

He suspects some form of Vasculitis.

Welcome to the club. Unfortunately, it’s a shitty club, but with some lovely members. There’s a great website at

                                  https://www.vasculitis.org.uk/

I’m being looked after in the Heath, but mostly under renal. I’ve seen rheumatology a few times, and they seem to know their stuff. There’s a Vasculitis clinic every so often where they have renal, rheumatology and ENT doctors.

There’s a great Facebook group, and a South Wales support group too, if you need them. The group’s run by volunteers and is more of a place to have a chat, rather than the American style ‘Hi, my name is…’ type groups.

If you want anymore info, just let me know 🙂

Do you have auto in your car?

I have, yeah. If I’d thought, I could have tested it earlier. We’re going out in the car tomorrow, so I’ll try it out then 🙂

It definitely does data transfer, but I haven’t tried it with Android Auto yet.

My phone went from 27% to 45% in 12 minutes with the cable I linked to earlier.

Didn’t one of original Indiana do the salt faults and became very famous? Or is that Indian sounding bike?
