Ghost Busters remasterd is frree on Epic. Great game, I have the original and so am over the moon to get this remasterd version for FREE. Also Blair Wich free.

With these new cards from green and red team some peeps have been upto weird stuff and that is because these new cards have alot of GDDR and in this case have turned like 12GB of GRRD into a ram drive and then installed crysis on it and then played the game. :wacko:

Yeah. I liked the way the psu gave more than alot. How the rig maxed out a household 13amp supply and underclocking the 3090 by 30watts and only losing 1% performance to allow the experiment to work. Which makes me wonder Nvidia what was you thinking.

These new cards suck way to much power and the new 2070 is way over 200watts. Infact its about 70watts over my 1070. Thats a non starter for me.

But, yeah, Vroom on jet engine styley.

That Highlights that all games at the mo are optimised for HDD. Clearly this needs to change and the new consoles will obvs lead the way.

Dave: Most excellent sidecar outfit. proper good, what cornering fun. I used to like watching the sidecar racing with the passenger hanging off at breakneck speed to keep the combo stable and on course. Soon as I saw the paint job I thouight Assasins creed Valhalla.

Also I have a large heat sink on my 3600 and I set the cpu fan not to come on until 45c and case fans 27c for the most part its a silent pc.

I have my fingers crossed that MSI will get up to no good. like in the past with here today gone tomorrow sneeky empowered bios: as in plulled before AMD can wig out. Maybs thay will release a B4 series bios for the 5000 cpu at 16mb with some low image quality gui.

I see Intel have or are developing for a 12v psu only and the mobo will sort out the leccy for components. When you look at the capabilities of some usb fag lighter chargers then yeah its a no brainer.

BTW Mars is big at the moment, you cannot miss it, big red and low, east westerly direction.

@ Dave . Yeah, that extra ssd storage could be the catalyst to bigger cheaper drives.

@ edp: Looks like the new 5000 series CPU could take back the fps crown in games. I think that last time AMD held that was with Opteron back in 2003. Dammmmmnnnnn.

Looks like I will not be getting a 5000 CPU as I do not want to upgarade my mobo (B450) Apparently the 5000 cpu requires Bios of 32MB so there is a chance some will be able to keep there B4 series mobos. I only have 16MB.

Yeah, its a v8 and with a 350W psu drive train.

Clearly that GPU will be sucking 150W on its own.

I was watching the news on TV in Wetherspoons last night and no sound but sub tittles. The news article was about the lakes found on Mars and the word DATA was spelt Dater and Harbour was spelt Harbor. Hey, there is a discount retail village there, so we shopped for some bargains and check this out. The Dragon (misses) got 5 pairs of shorts to try on and was not allowed because of  covid and so 5 pairs to try on at home and return otherwise. The cashere charged for 6. The Dragon spotted this and blew flames all over here and received an appolgy. Upon return to store with 3 pairs of shorts, not require, the same cashere then went on to refund for 2 pairs and not 3. The Dagon spotted this and asked what here game was. The cashere was probabley the most sohisticated liar I have ever come across.
