A great short video from today of Steve Gibson reporting on how a Dutch reporter pinpoint and expose NSA agents and more, just through fitness apps.

Long story short, if you have fitness apps read the t&c’s of the apps/fitness bands, before you agree.

I wish you all the best Richard  life seems to be cruel sometimes. There always seems to be a new issue that pops up, just when you think you can see the trees.

I hope your notes turn up (doubtful in my experiance) and sincerely wish you all the best going forward.

As you well know, it’s all about keep moving forward, and try not to let to get on top of you. Being pissed off, serves no purposes.many say and Id agree, if you decide your beaten, you’ll be beaten. Keep positive and don’t think about the what ifs or the negative. As it serves no good purpose.

I have no idea why anyone would want a windows tablet. A chrome book can do the majority the ms office stuff, cheaper, easier maintained, and gan get the Android apps. I can’t see why anyone would want his over a CB.

More probability than luck. Your luck increases in correlation with the level of talent at your disposal. Though even then, the players need to buy into a solid plan.

But inevitably everything comes down to luck, and can be calculated. The majority of teams have been playing ‘money ball’ style football for ten years now.

If you’ve seen the film, you’ll get where the name comes from. Liverpool owners used it to win thier baseball league. Basically real life footy manager. Liverpool have recruited on that basis for 5 years. Only last season have the owners swapped from this model, to the same model but a tier up form it. Basically playing it now to win the league, before this we was playing it to steady the finance. Also they never trusted the managers fully.

When they approached Klopp for thd job, hie set his vision out for the team, and took control off the club. Basically saying if you me, you go all in. Klopp, bring the noise, by Raphael Honigstein  is a good read.

I’d image you can be tracked with that also. Given the state of the app store when I last visited, I’d be careful.

I’m sure there will be ligit apps to for you to share locations. As it’s a super handy feature.

There is stories from America bob where business have either sued or threatened to sue a reviewer.

The issue with the US is doesn’t matter if your right or wrong, the one with the most money wins. So you’ll (an indevidual) will always back down even when in the right.

The car is done, ten quid. He checked all the terminals and cleaned them off.

I followed my girl home, just in case, she got out of hers and decided after all she did like mine better.

While I was at the garage I asked him a question regarding a 1992 transit alanator. He dragged me in side, dug through the back got an old Vx one, told me what to do and not to do. Ie trey and swap the vacume pump over, as it always leaks. And explained how the Vx differs slightly to Thr Ford one. I was just after a general answer, but he kept me until I understood.

He has to wait on more results to see if he is ok. So fingers crossed.

In theory your network provider could track you by your number. Or theater you EMUI number. But not a person.

You can easily track people via their phones, but your need to either grant than access, like in Gmail or a 3rd party app like glimps (great app). Other than that your would need to get hold of your phone, install an app then hide it from the app menu, or grant themselves access on your behalf.

If you have any suspicions, a simple factory reset, and then check your Google maps isn’t betraying you.

                                  Double post.

With regard to the body adapting to changes in temperature.

As I was writing the above post, my wife came in and said ‘god its cold today’. I check the sensor and it’s 22 degrees in the house. It’s been up around 25 to 27 over the last two weeks or so.

Now I was was to wake up in December, where our house is set to turn the heating off when the house is at 16 degrees, and it was 22 degrees, we would be roasting. But now cos of 2 weeks of 25 degrees, the body thinks it’s cold at 22.

I recall on April it being 19 one day, the kids had colds and was off school so I took them to anglesea and we built sandcastles and got burnt. I had to explain to thd kids to not tell the teachers where they was while ligit of school Ill.

It always amazes me how fast our body adapts to temperature changes.

Spent a few weeks in Norway as a kid, up north in dec/January of 98/99. Seriously cold place. There is no acclimatising to that. But spend hours in minus 16 to 20, skiing, getting sweaty, then cold in cycles is horrific, but when you dig a snow hole, as the sun goes down, as temps then drop bast minus 30, your snow hole is a toasty zero degrees (give or take). It’s amazing as your body lies to you and tells you your now warm.

Again another example of how much the human body can acclimatise very quickly.

Personally I like it outside to be about 25, 27 max. Once youre hitting 30, it’s not nice to work in, weather that be labouring, or just Sat at a desk thinking, your body (well mine) just doesn’t think the same. What I do like about the heat is, it helps me sleep. And any assistance is welcome.

I have close friend that works as a steal fixer, done it from school, now he runs gangs. He is hating he weather, as health and safety rules are baking them alive. Hear hats, jackets, jeans, cloves, face masks, goggles etc… It could be worse, he doesn’t need body armor and patrol packs. But still not fun.

In about 1995/6 when I went eqypt, there was a new hotel in the close distance being built. I Sat and watched a group of guys in shorts and jesus sandals, laying flat bitchumen roof at lunch time, furness, flame throwers and liquid tar. It was in the 40s.

Seen something similar in turkey to a few years later.

Yes I find even places with no aircon are built in a way that creates a breeze.

Talking of different types of heat, Egypt is the strangest place I’ve been, very dry heat. Back to Spain, my lad suffers with asthma and hayfeaver, it all clears up once our of Dover and driving south. Even his asthma subsides.

2, 3 or 4 weeks will go by with no hayfeaver and minimum inhaler use. When we got off the boat in Dover, with 30 mins driving north, you can literally hear his breathing or heavy breathing coming back, and allergies surfacing.

If I could I’d of moved to Spain when his asthma started around 8 years old. It’s quite bad his asthma, he has an attack probably every 6 weeks! We have learned to deal with them now with little fuss. The secret is making as little fuss, keeping the person as relaxed as possible.

He deal with them him self now, something I’ll hear the back door open in the early hours, I’ll go down and find him Sat on a patio chair in a trance like state as he is getting his breath back. I’ll just usally sit with him and get mum a glass of water.

But there is many times, I don’t hear him going out. We always tell him, to give us a kick on his way past, when it next happens, (mainly cos if he didn’t get control of it, he wouldn’t make it back up the stairs to alert us) but he always say, “I didn’t want to wake you” . He know I don’t sleep, so I thinks me staying asleep is more important. Sort of sweet of him, but I’d rather be woken. Just in case!

I can always sleep again in a day or two.

I’ve never had a review not publish. And I’ve seem some scathing and glowing reviews on there.

However I do know that there are laws against slander, so it may be Amazon looking at your review and taking it down out of protection to themselfs and to you.

I’m always honest. As I say, I only review if a product wows me. In either a good or bad way. A review says this is good, is hardly useful to anyone. One that’s says this is great cos… Or this is awful cos…. Are the only reviews I right. And when I’m looking at a product. I never look at the good and average reviews, always the worst reviews. As then I can balance the price and my expectations against the known issues. So I know going in the down sides. So then if I buy, and the product (or service) even then let’s me down, I’ll usally be amazed, and also add a bad review. If I don’t find any of the negative things the reviews stated, I’ll usally add a review, to say how i never seen the issues set out in the reviews, but your mileage may vary.

That’s about the extent of my reviewing.

But back to Amazon saying they can’t publish cos of bias, I’d I’d love to know how they make such links. You must of written the review like a love sick puppy (Jk).

I suppose if you was to say, best product ever, and their cs is the best I’ve encountered…. But the average reviews for the same product, say, ok product, and ok CS… It may flag up with Amazon as your review doesn’t sit well with the 95 percentile. The same could be used for scathing reviews, that don’t fit in to the data already collected.

This must be a relative new thing, as there is so great threads of hilarious reviews on products on Amazon. Iirc imac (hair removal not the compute) has a product that people just went to town on in a comedic way. The seller may not of reported the reviews to Amazon, as they are clearly all jokes, so they probably sell more product just via people coming to see the reviews on product. It may be pile cream, and not hair removal. I can’t remember now.

I’ve never had a Q box, but I do recall all the sky plus and sky HD boxes had usb ports, but they was all inactive. I always assumed they was put in there just incase they wanted to use it in future. Or maybe a sky engineer could put it into some diagnostic mode to test stuff. Either way, they never worked for the consumer. And I don’t recall ever seeing anyone get them going.

So I’d assume, even if the Q was active in anyway, it’s wouldn’t work like a usb port on Windows work. Ie any type of flexibility. Also I’m sure the sky box would need some type of driver to get a thing more than charging or external storage working.

Not that I think even usb storage is active, but i recon it’s possible it could be dormant.

In this day and age, I’d be a bit let down if it dint At least work as a charger.but not surprised if it didn’t even do that.

I think they are just left on the spec sheet, just incase they decided to activate them, then it’s just a software patch.

I’m surprised anyone is left. People seems to be fleeing on a weekly basis. May be monthly, but it’s often.

As the end comes, you’ll see all the rats escaping the good ship HMS UK. They are just terrified to have their name for the whole of history connected to a terrible bill, so dont even want to try and fix it. As any fix will never be perfect.

You broke it you fix it. Toffs probably never have had to learn that lesson.
