I was gonna get a glass sided case and the liquid loop, bit as it’s a kitchen pc and will be hidden I’m just gonna use one of the cases I have for now.

I bought the bundle Dave pointed to, plus a WiFi card and a 500gb (iirc) m.2.

I’ll see how the gtx970 works with it, after all it’s will only be running 2x 1080p 24″ screens.

Plus the money saved on a case, a modular PSU, and water loop goes along way to paying for a gfx card if need be.

Gonna be building this into a kitchen cupboard, as a few extra  fans will be needed . Shame it’s not next to the tortoise copbored, could of vented staright into it

Couldn’t think of many things worse than having to deal with a 5 year old phone.

I have an iPad mini (1st gen) at work that is just the music matching. OMG is it slow and laggy.

I couldn’t seaso with anything like that daily. Especially when a Moto E or G is delevers so much for so little .

Im just happy it was so close. It should be a wake up call to many that trump isn’t as hated as the media make out.

The Uber left American media has bullied everyone in to silence when it come to trump and many other subjects. Ours media is following suit. They think they are liberal, bit to me they act more far right than free speech.

I don’t care about trump or Biden, however trump has highlighted massive issues in the US.

And he was a far lesser evil than Hillery.

I find the search I’m Google photos never lets me down. And I have 12 years of snaps on there .

I have a the smart keyboard which wives the iPad a second “charge only” usb C . I also have a dongle jin with other ports on it.

When the pro came out I decided cos it now has iPad os instead of iOS I’d give it a go as my main work machine. Took a bit of getting use to but I now like it.

Love usb C, been using them on phones for years, but it’s the iPad pro where it has shined for me. It’s the one port to rule them all. I just wish the pro had a second port.

I’ve always found 10 to be fine. Use the search bar for everything. I like 10 quite a bit.

It appears in android settings, then accounts. Comes up as ‘office’. I’d show mine bit its full of my account creds

I’ve got the 7 pro, 8gb ram and 256gb storage. a year on I have no earge to look for another. It fly’s and the 120hz screen is brilliant.

That’s the thing ,I don’t know there is anything better either.

I can’t see any system that is workable. The current one is a joke, and won’t achive anything substantial if needed.

We should seal the boarders and have 14days house arrest for the whole nation, penciled in for say 30 days time to minimise panic buying. Punishable by death, so stop people breaking it.

I keep hearing stuff about contact tracing, but apart form pubs what contact tracing is going on.

And I’d love to know how a list of names and numbers from the day, is gonna help. By the time an outbreak of highlighted, 2 to 5 days later maybe, and the people are called, they will of been in contact with a load of people and them the same.

I have about 100 people a day through the pub, time an issue is hilighted the number of possible infections would be on the tens of thousands. It’s a farce.

And as far as I know, the pubs are the only one taking names. You want to see see Rhyl highsteet atm, it’s not been so busy in decades. It’s been sholder to sholder. to add to that, masks are not pushed in Wales. A few wear them less than 10%

We need app based tracking system, that sences who you pass, and if one person catches it, and it is logged, and auto ping goes out to all that has been logged.

The problem is, alot would be freaked out by knowing they are being tracked. Not knowing that Google is doing it as default already.

20 20 vision just means you have the vision of the the average person. Youre  int centre chunk of the standard distribution curve.

Luckily I too still have good sight, never need gigs and still have 20 20 (+) vision 21 20 (or the other way round).

The Mrs has terrible sight, and the kids app wear glasses also. Though I have never bought pair of gigs for any of them, so have no idea of prices. They seem steep though .

I’m a bit late to this convo, but I can remember us (me and Lee) discussing white label drop shipping about ten years ago.

There is now some good Amazon algorithm selling trick out now. That are very interesting. Drop shipping via Amazon (so you get your product delivered direct to Amazon Wearhouses. As long as your products are small (for shipping and storage costs), and you focus on the cheap end of Amazon, lick cork screws type widgets, there is money to be made.

Shame Jason isn’t still about, as I bet he is bang into something similar, given he was building am eBay business.

The product itself doesn’t matter, you just use stats to chose the produt, amend that the buyers skint like about the product and sell. If I had time I’d defo be allover it. The issue is upfront cost and the dreaded gamble.

Your looking at a few grand to get going. It’s super interesting though.

As ed says gravel is the best deterrent being impossibleto get across it silently. Along with fence top trellis that can’t be climbed without it collapsing.

Dave is defo the guy to sort this out for you. He set my pub system up for me. 3 cameras with SD cards and a hikvison  app, would be a cheap and robust system.

The simplest way, would be something like 3 Google nest cameras, there quality is fantastic, but comes with, a not class leading, subscription for anything other than a few day  of online recordings.

Or you could tinker with raspberry pi cameras and a server. But then it’s managing it , and God forbid if you had to use it in anger, hoping it actually worked. So I’d not go that route.

I’d go a managed route.
