The issue I seemed to keep across was I could block sites on my router (most in fact), was blocking app access. Site access is simple.

I did some research on Snapchat last night, and it seemed blocking about 6 URLs sorts the app access out.

Money is a little tight atm, so I’ll do some more reading over Xmas.

I want snap chat, FB, insta, and probably a couple I can’t think of at the me.

My 13 has been having dodgy pics from horrible cunts (sorry for the language).

Don’t mean to hijack but is there an easy way to sit a pi (or similar) Infront of my router and block android and apple apps like Snapchat etc…

Sadly I’m in tier 4, and can’t see me working till Easter. And if we don’t open by then, the business is over. I’m over it now, come to terms with it. 2nd of April is first bank hol, if we miss it we are finished .

              Cheers mate drakeford 👍

Also proper custard made with a proper vanilla pod is fantastic. However I do like birds too, I remember my roots 😉

I have 2 24* 1080p screens, that I’m not moving from. Especially as I they will now be viewed from a good 6 foot. So they look great anyway. And I don’t need cutting edge kit to push the power.

Don’t know of you will see this but just got a ryzen 5 3600 16gb ram 1.5 Tb mvne.

I obvs don’t wan’t the fastest and best system, but what would be a decently matched gfx card. For now I’m gonna recycle my gtx 980. But suspect it’s gonnaxfall short.

I seen on FB the other day bob saying he would be out soon. I felt really bad as I’ve spoke to home once or twice but never realised he was in Ozzy.

Too wrapped up in my own life. A real good guy bob is

<p style=”text-align: right;”>Hi guys, off the top of my head I can’t recall if I got a 250 or500 Mme drive. Can I Chuck a 1tb HDD in and merge the Mme to the HDD, and use it a a huge cache. Or is that not a thing no more?</p>
I’ve not even got version of Windows for it yet. I was gonna “borrow one” untill I don’t have to.

Though I will be using it form work once or twice so I may as well put a propper version on it 😉

Before anyone moans I’ve got 3 win laptops and 2 ligit desktops, so I alway pay up in the end.

If youre getting them from Amazon, day one load up a high gb file, then check it’s speeds. If it  passes it will work forever, however if it falls short Amazon will swap it

Or just look at the Amazon reviews, they usually won’t do u wrong

                                Rule of thumb of course

The chip in the iPad is fantastic. Just watching such a small “pc” rendereing video faster than most pcs is astonishing.

Right guys, I got the bundle Dave mentioned 2700x iirc. Now my kids don’t want a ps5, so what is a decent card to pair with this set up. (I’m currently out the loop), the 970 I have doesn’t look that bad, for 1080p and the price for something better.

So guys what Should I do?

I’m a bit tips so spelling may be off 😃

If they have cracked selfdriving cars by then (or whenever they do) the days of  ownership of a car will be over.

As a father of teens (and young adults ) I’d happily have a family plan for a set fee. Just so my kids don’t me to take and bring them back from places.

Also be the end of taxis, this is Ubers end game btw. Uber or whoever owns it’s by 2035 ish (Facebook) will be the only game in town.

That way FB will actually own us all.

I’ve seen many charging stations pop up latley. Was having s weekend away in the middle of Wales and even there tiny Tesco had 4 points.

However they need to be super high capacity charging points like the Tesla ones to make it work. Think fast charging on your phone, you don’t need 400m range oif you  can charge 150 miles in 20 mins.

All the charging stations are is big are capacitors that can push Hugh of power quickly.

I’d quite like a Nissan leaf tbh, or similar, as on the whole I drive about 9 miles round trip. Evey now and then I’ll to a 100 mile round trip.

Never owned a Mac personally, there is a handful in the house (my eldest worships at the alter of Steve Jobs), however I did get an iPad pro 2020 and the stupidly expensive keyboard, and it’s a cracking “laptop” and probably quicker than most proper laptops.

I once had an iPad 2 and the think must of lasted 7 years or more. It impressed me, even thought i actually never liked it. My 2 year old used it daily untill she was about 10. She now has has a fist gen iPad pro.

Thought if I was byimg today I’d get the new air, it does all the pro does at a fraction of the price.

That’s good for me, this one will be hidden, so bling isn’t s factor.

I do like white noise when I sleep. Bose Noise cancelling earphones are the best for it.
