Hello all, I’ve got an ionic hybrid these days, about 18 months, and I’ve noticed, when using Regen, the brake lights don’t come one.

It was a friend of mine that borrowed my car that brought it up, so I tested it down my country lanes one night, keeping an eye on the reflective signs behind me.

I was quite amazed Regen doesn’t apply the lights, as in level 3 Regen it’s quite sharp the breaking. So pretty dangerous. Luckily I hardly have Regen on, have it on zero, as I like to coast, and in testing I get better mpg.

Belting mpg on the ionic, gets a solid 65mpg in the warmer months and 58 through the winter. I got it just in time for the price hikes.

Just in time I got myself an ionic in November, the thing has almost every option as standard. Not the most fun car, but it’s doubling the mpg of my old Leon st fr.

Here maps is a great stand alone sat nave app for android.

If I’m leaving a footy game or theme park, I’ll use that over Google maps (google has the best lane guidence bar non), I’ll use it because it will choose a slightly different route everyone else it taking. It’s a great life hack, but in all honesty, Here maps is very good, and you don’t need data.

Nice looking cars the new Pumas. I always wondered who bought the Vignale spec they are very, but far too expensive for a ford product.

I always thought it would be the some form of biz lease mainly.

The Mondeo Vignale always reminded me of a top end rover 75 on the inside. Not a bad thing.

I’m not a fan of full leather, looks good, but I much prefer half leather.

Cos my mobile is connected to my ltd company I get all the calls. True caller filters most out but HMRC scammers always seem to get through.

Not really free games. But before Xmas Google sent me a free stadia Pro (think it’s just a chromcast Pro) and thier controller. With 6 months free stadia Pro sub, it’s very good, loads of good content. I decided to take out the sub when it ended, and have a huge catalogue of games.

It gets bad press but it’s OK.

Know you can use an xbox or PlayStation remote with it, so I’d recommend signing up and trying it out. Cheap way to casual game some proper games.

Given the average world birth stats are closing in on 2.1, and given we will max out around 100-110 years old (with future meds/tech) . The world population will peak around 10.5billion, then very gradually fall.

As each developing nation educates women, thier choice to have many children falls. This fact has been proven correct every time.

So really we don’t need to make laws on birth numbers. If anything places like Japan, that has a sub 2.0 birth rate, is heading for a economical disaster, so they should place incentives on having children.

Before android auto, When I go to Europe I always used the Tom Tom overlay map, on top of Google maps, it worked amazing, at giving you the speed limits and camera locations.

So if This one can do that as well, plus be a decent na, I can see it being very good.

I did see the announcement that it was on auto now earlier this week, I downloaded it, but as we still can’t go anywhere am yet to try it out.

I think it’s only Toyota that is still playing with hydrogen, they soon will drop it. Its a dead end.

I have never seen a single episode of it with him on. But I always seemed to hear no one liked him, so was amazed he was on the show to begin with.

I gave up flashing roms a few years back, when having an open bootloader would kill lots of apps like bankings etc… And today the camera on our phones are more relient on tailored drivers. So once you flash a rom you will end up on basic android drivers and have a functioning but not great camera .

Now I’m not saying this to put you off, just to let you know there are as many negatives (if not more) as there are positives.

But hey, if you can’t get a stable signal, broken features is the least of your problems.

I just spoke to him over FB, really gutted for him. But for some strange reason, the part that got was him asking me to thank Lee for cancelling the DD. I don’t know why I found that so sad.
