          Hello all,

Apologies for the delay in replying – visitors!

          Appreciate all the feedback

I have a full backup but just require to update new stuff, I shall investigate further.

As to the PC mentioned in my footer – my wife said at least I had the decency to blush after spending the money. Said I had to buy it quick as it was the last in the shop!

            Thanks both.

It’s only to run some old XP software and retrieve some data that will not run on new versions. Connection to Internet is not envisaged.

              Thanks both,

Believed this was the case, some mags mention a particular item but don’t do the comparison tests.

I shall root around the net.

I like to build, but where do you guys go for the caparison reviews of hardware as ‘used’ to feature in MM?

Is it all on line or is there another mag?
