The problem is it isn’t, and it never was, a simple Yes or No. There are so many ways to “leave” that all factions can, and do, claim that their version is what was voted for.

One thing is for sure, if it happened again the tactics of last time on both sides wouldn’t work. They’ve been seen through. What is now clearer is just how joined at the hip we are.

Hard to see how Gove can go with what he said yesterday on Marr but I’ll bet he’s working on the weasel words even now. Bojo won’t be long, he can’t let Davis get ahead in the race to be leader. I suspect that’s what a lot of this is about. Principles? in an MP? If it was principles he’d have gone at Chequers. Nah, sign up see how it goes then make your mind up.

Clearly this lot having caused the mess can’t fix it. Time for a general election whilst there’s time left, too many contrasting sides are able to hold us to ransom. However I feel it will probably just end up like the last one.

Zoostorm are great if you want their product as it is. By that I mean things like PSUs and motherboards are at the minimum to do the job. The same has to be said of big names like Lenovo and HP.

Corbyn / McD want to pursue their vision without anyone sticking their noses in. Easier to do out of the EU.

Just listening to Gove weasel his way around the questions. He knows the EU will reject the proposals then he can pile in again with his own stance.

Always makes me laugh when people (especially Brexiteers) go on about a run on the pound when Corbyn gets in.

We had a massive run on the pound 2 years ago when we voted to leave but that’s all forgotten about now. I’ve even heard Brexiteers saying its all back, it isn’t. Just looked at my FairFX transfers, Oct 2015 1.3594, Sept 2016 1.1388, July 2018 1.1070

So given that all is still rosy in the Brexiteers UK just what do we have to fear? Whatever it is must have happened in the last 2 years. Or is a socialist run on the pound different?

I’ll be in Vienna next week, bet you I never hear the word Brexit once. In all my trips to Europe in the last 2 years only once has it been mentioned. The morning after the vote the hotel receptionist said why? We said no idea, the country has gone mad.

My kids are actively planning to leave in the next 5 years. If Corbyn gets in I’ll definitely follow them. If Boris / Gove gets in I’ll be on the next plane ?

I just hope for a return to the relative, if boring, sanity of a more centralist outlook.

That’s what happens when you can only communicate with your 19 yo daughter via Whatsapp ?

I’ve “spoken” to her more when she’s 220 miles away at Uni in Bangor than when she’s 2′ away in the house.

Missed it, working ☹ but good to earn some ?

Drinking the Leffe that’s been in the beer fridge for a week and boy do I need this ❄?? hope it doesn’t jinx the Belgians. If they can get a quick goal I think Brazil’s temperament will go all South American. They’re cocky when they’re ahead but can’t quite seem to believe it when they’re not.

My ? says Belgium, my ?say Brazil.

The BIOS allows you to apply an artificial load but it made no difference. In any case at boot up there’s a GTX 1050Ti getting all it’s power from the 12v line.

CCL has just recommended I use the same Corsair 650 that I have here that won’t boot it either! I’m on holiday next week so they have a few extra days.

CCL reckon it’s the PSU. I have asked them to provide a replacement that the can prove works with the system. That was 2 days ago.

I didn’t think much of Sweden, but anything can happen! If they get through that I’ve just realised I’ll be on a train from Graz to Vienna next Wednesday. Gets in at 20:20 and I’m pretty sure the Greek restaurant 10 mins walk away will have the match on. I’ll be asking them on Monday! Should be OK for the second half.

Switzerland vs Sweden another one neither deserved to win.

Nerves starting now, box of still cider has been in the fridge for 24 hours. Freezer blocks for the cool box likewise. Mega burgers defrosting for half time, have got some blue cheese slices for them too.

Boy did I enjoy that match, well the second half ? I can only imagine the atmosphere in Leuven market place ATM, wish I was there. Although I feel so sorry for Japan, once the Belgian manager got his act together and changed the plan (plus a bit of luck) it was all going one way.

I am not impressed by Brazil though. If Mexico had got one in in the first 20 minutes I think it would have been a different result. Neymar’s rolling around is getting embarrassing.

Not had a bet so far. Think I’m going to put a few quid on Belgium vs Brazil.

Nah, it wasn’t a penalty. They were both as bad as each other, the Spanish guy wasn’t event facing the right way and spun himself around the defender before falling. Apparently he has form and pulls the same trick quite a lot.

Neither side deserved to win in any of today’s games. I think there’s too many “golden generation” teams this time and they don’t seem to be faring well. A lot of players and managers we won’t be seeing again.
