I was also anemic, had some very high dose vitamins for a couple of weeks and now a monthly maintenance dose and all is sorted.  My medication for the arthritis is the most likely culprit.

Still knackered all the time though……….

      Keep on rocking Bob!

I had a ride in a Mini like the ones in the photo above many years ago, maybe as many as 30 years back. It was hilarious. It could be parked in a space about a foot bigger than than the car, it was so light you could bounce it into a parking space. Chopping a Mini down is quite a common thing to do.

If the floor is solid it used to be a thing to take most of the body away to lighten the car and use them for autotesting.

Some more Paul Swift that I took with a Nokia N900 a good few years back.

Have you tried rebooting everything? Probably have but worth asking.

It’s possible if the lappy is old it’ll be slimmer than the hdd. You might need a replacement cradle then.

                  It’s unlikely though.

I’m so glad I had the aircon done. Went to Barry Island today and it was 16 c outside  Must have been 20 in the car. Aircon on, nice and cold. I can’t handle being hot

                      Working fine here now. ?

As Steve said where I used to live (Ely in Cardiff) wrecked/burnt out cars was a regular occurence. It was sport for the local scumbags as was baiting Police or Fire crews who turned up to deal with the mess.

Just got back from having the air con done, 55 minutes and £58.80 later and it’s all sorted. No detectable leaks but was asked to bring it back should it stop working in the near future and they’ll break out the UV light.

They said the compressor was a little on the weak side but it’s not an issue due to the size of the car, they reckon it should be fine for at least 3 years if not more . I’ll need to check my warranty and see if covers failing parts or only ones that fail. I suspect the latter.

Very happy that my car now gets ice cold quickly, the gas was down to 25% of what it should have been. Top notch service for a fair price.

Thanks Ed, I’ll have a proper read later.

Saw the consultant on Thursday. Explained about the increasing pain in my wrists, shoulders, neck and back and also the fatigue. I get knackered doing almost nothing.

My x-rays and scans were checked and my wrists are worn. Not terrible but quite a bit worse than they should be for someone my age. The x-rays were done about 18 months ago and no-one told me about the damage. ?

Had bloods done to see if any thing explains the fatigue and should get the results in a week or so.

Abscess is still in the healing phase, very near but not there yet. Hopefully after next week no more bearing my arse in the nurses room at the surgery. The nurse told me that there is a lot of abscesses in men in the age range of about 25-50 in the arse area, lots need surgery and nobody really knows why.

The OnePlus5T is superb with it’s battery. 2 days of proper use is possible. My LG G5 would be down to about 30% after a normal day for me, light for some people

Fair play to Google for customer service, up there with Amazon.

The P20 Pro looks good, especially the camera setup. If it’s not ‘your thing’ then so be it. Bank the £ and spend it on a car instead!!!! ?

I forgot to mention that the lubricant is included.

Just got back from the recommended place and it’s going in next Wednesday.

They explained that if there is a tiny leak it could stop working again after 2 weeks but because of the way they remove the old gas and pressure test with a dye the route of the escaping gas will show up under UV light.  All the major, expensive parts are covered under my extended warranty but perishables like hoses aren’t.

£50+ VAT is the cost, the same as places like Halfords but this is being done properly.

Old, but still decent, CPU and an oldish GPU. Price is probably in the right area.

The place nearby don’t really do other makes anymore since they became SsangYong and Isuzu dealers. They can do it but not for a fortnight.

There’s another place not far away that the garage I use send their customers to so I’ll go and see them later.

Been using Flight Radar on my phone and laptop for many years. Very handy for tracking incoming flights when on the various airport runs and parked up a few miles away.
