Thanks sounds a good un, I think I went for it, for the number 802.11N. I am sure the one I use on rig 1 is the same number.

It was the for a Raspberry Pi that through me, thinking it was different yet the same number.

                Boris

Do you still have the keyboard and my addy.

I found today allthough I have stopped the annoying message (on boot) it still doesn’t find the USB keyboard.

It happens when I switch on the Lenovo but my KVM is on the Dell, the USB Key & Mouse is plugged in the KVM also. It does pick up the mouse yet not keyboard, once I can enter password (PS2 Keyboard) Windows picks up the keyboard.

                Cheers

                  Thanks all

Richard I only know to one cap (if it’s in front of me) any others are behond my capabilities.

No Bob I don’t know wich switch for sure, it could have been temp sender (rings a bell) and the link (pic) looks about right. I have been known
to check the dip, the oil is that clear I struggle.

I have ordered radweld and purchased a new cap when these arrive I can start my Process of elimination.

                        Bob it’s a Peugeot 206 (53-2003)

It has leaked for a long time.

Last year the carpet passengers side was soaking, I had a new matrix (Eurofit), the carpet isn’t wet.

Since then it has still leaked November 2017 I went to Eurofit with the leak and they said it was the switch?

I had a new switch, still it leaks. I have only re checked yesterday and noticed it had lost a litre in the tank.

I don’t check it weakly as it must be a slow leak.

Richard in you saying that, I only seem to notice the engine warming above no rm after being idle for a while andreversing up a hill. Once on the straight/flat going forward it seems normal.

It was the temp rising that prompted me to check the rad.

                        What caps?

                        Cheers

                          Thanks Dave

Why didn’t I think of that (rad weld) worth a go. I will wait till it needs topping though. then there will be space for it.

If it needs emptying that’s behond my capabilities or and hoses. My back was killing me just undoing the screw on the bottle.

I now have Holts Radweld on order.

                          Edit:

Emptying and refilling is a bleed in nuisance

You all bet me to it I would suggest all the above (after reading all the good advice)

                            2 things spring to mind.

                            1. Can’t pay we’ll take it away (as regards renters)
                            2. Dan what do you do by night.

                            Cheers

I just had a peep outside and it looks like the beast has been again.

It looks like I’ll be stuck in, at least I have plenty of milk this time, let’s hope the pipes don’t burst.

                                True Bob they always hide

True Duke that’s why I don’t phone, the scam here is, they don’t online chat so you have to phone and pay megga bucks.

It’s about the April price increase on my TV that was froze in 2017 for 4 years. I will end up paying more in phone call, so they got me again.

True again Bob, I am on a re contract, but when that’s up? BB is free but that goes up in April? £1.01 so the letter said.

                                Cheers

It’s sad, that the age seems not to have any affect on who it hits.

Today though treatment seems at the upmost clearence rate, compared to years ago when my (60yr old) Auntie died of cancer.

There is loads of help given, it’s surprising how many people are affected. A lot you don’t realize untill you walk onto the chemo ward (male – female) and that’s only 1 hospital.

The missus has a 2 year recovery plan for treatment. We’ve never been to the hospital this much and loads of visits to go.

She now has a picc and has to have it flushed weekly.

                                  Cheers

I dod off the BB router for a min or 2, it didn’t help, it was after the long off it went ok. Ihaven’t a clue how long off it would have took but 8hrs did the trick.

Good luck Bob. sorry to hear what your’e going through and I hope you can sort help out for the missus.

Just lately cancer seems to be a bad un, the missus was diagnosed with breast cancer, she had op christmas eve (2017) now on chemo.

I have finally sorted out my bowel screening (in April)

Welcome Margarita – thanks  I did try a hard reset and it didn’t want to know.

Thanks Roger I had a look on your link, it frightens me with protocols winsocketc.

I did try a network reset, no go.

Staying cautious I will leave the repair kit (as Ed avised)

Reading your post Ed I did switch off last night for a couple of mins.

                                        It made no diffrence.

I came on just assumimg it’s still using my router. This is after I left all of it off last night.

I have no wifi on rig 2 (which didn’t work as this on ethernet) I started it and it connected (via ethernet)

I look at this and realized it’s working on ethernet.

So it seems it’s fixed, it must have needed a longer switch off (Ed) than 30secs.

It’s been off for 7-8hrs and now all seems back to normal I didn’t even notice.

Thanks all for the tips, much appreciated

That put it straight for me, I can stop avoiding when it says Prime.

I was trapped into prime once but couldn’t see me using it for it’s purposes, so I canceled it.
