I procceded on your link, but kept getting met with
Oops, something went wrong while trying to scan. Please try again, or see our FAQs for help.
I turned off my security and still the same. I looked on FAQs but nothing on there about the message.
Cheers
Johndid they not score 6 the other day.
Lost the touch means crap compared to them scoring 6
Cheers
JohnI just had a search, it was a draw I think, well they lost there touch for 6
Maybe they’re playing extra time? or isit penalties?
Cheers
JohnSince the recent oil & filter change.
Once the temp reaches above halfway and below the next notch.
It’s not happening much, however once I stop the Stop light flashes, it beeps, the oil light comes on and stops on (no longer flashes) as I was using the indicator I also noticed the indictor stopped working, once I pulled away the indicator came back on, once I reached 5mph or above it went ok. When I slowed down (below 5mph in traffic) it started again.
At a stand still the above happens and I turned the indicator on it wouldn’t work, till I moved off.
The indicator is a major concern, so I can’t use the car much as not to reach the temperature for the above to happen.
I am wondering if somethings saying the car needs to be scrapped, I did hear the goverment were scrapping all older cars, could it be a goverment conspiracy.
Cheers
JohnI should have stopped stum (I spoke too soon), not used but it’s not working again
Cheers
JohnSo they seem to have moved out from round here, I don’t mind you can keep them.
I do like to see butterflies, none yet. The last couple of weeks we have had seagulls and I don’t live by the sea.
But then I haven’t heard/saw them for a few days now.
Cheers
JohnThanks Ed
It’s been some time since it stopped working, not sure what I plugged in, but will make sure what I don’t plug in.
Cheers
JohnI do let them bee, I just wondered where they are, I have had a nest in my loft for a few years no where to bee seen.
Cheers
JohnWell I dunno, I just plugged a USB drive in the faulty port (after a restart) and it’s working??
Cheers
JohnThanks Bob
I haven’t had a squeeky fan belt for a long time, I used three in one oil, only a micro amount and the belt shut up, that was in my Hillman Minx and maybe my Mini Van.
Cheers
JohnThanks Alan
No little triangles, I checked the plugs (pushed them in (if they were out) tried the USB, still the same.
Thanks Ed
I followed your (1st) link best I could (it talks 7 not 10) there were no extra devices after showing hidden.
Link 2
There is no bad parts of the port, I followed the reset procedure, the tongue isn’t damages, nor the pins and still the same.
Thanks Richard
I took the front panel off, sadly the ports are housed in another box so you can’t get at the wires. Although I can’t see any fluff I used a brush in the port, still the same.
It seems to be another Toyah Wilcox.
Cheers
JohnThanks Bob & Richard
Whenever the fan belt screeches I drop a little 3in1 oil screech fixed, drive belt I am unsure of.
Back to it, when the wheels go round (n round, round n round) as I am driving, I hear the screech.
It feels / sounds like the ns front, when I put my foot on the break it stops, release the break it starts, this has only started since new break pads were fitted.
Usually they wear in and it stops, it’s been about 4-5 months and it still does it. Thruogh the cold spell I thought it was the damp, now it’s certainly not cold.
It’s not constant I can go a distance and not here it, then I hear it. When sitting in traffic, I may slowly creep forward and I can here it faintly screeching.
Cheers
JohnI tried it with full lock (left/right) once you reach full lock, it makes a faint whhoosshhing noise. A little like air seeping out. If I hold it on full lock the sound is constant, once I start to turn back it stops.
It’s the same on left and right lock.

JohnOne more question,
on Parcel2go I note you can prepay, if I prepay, but use an Hermes (quote) does hermes payment go out my parcels2go pre pay. If I don’t pre pay how then do I pay for a delivery on parcel2go for hermes etc.
No it’s 2 questions.
When I am looking on parcel2go I am having a quote can you save a quote for when your ready to book it.
Cheers
JohnThanks I will try your suggestion Bob, what should I expect to find/hear (the same screech maybe?)
Cheers
JohnThanks Dave, great stuff.

JohnI put 5 litres in a bucket and it gave 5 kg (after the bucket weight)
Now I am strugling with Parcels to go, they ask for length, I am not sure if it’s what I call Deep.

Cheers
JohnNice one thanks Duke, I will try that.

Edit:
it said 1.066kg, if the bottle is .066 it seems they are pretty accurate
Cheers
JohnIn the end I went for one of these
I am struggling to find if they are accurate. I weighed my Dell Optiplex 760 and it says it’s 7.30kg I thought it was going to be heaver than that.
I have looked on the internet for the weight of a Dell 760 it’s a tower it says it weighs 25lb converted = 11kg. There is no picture mine is a Small Form Factor (Desktop)
My Lenovo is said to be 8kg yet it feels lighter than the Dell
I have tried a new pack of butter that has 500g on the pack it weighs 525g (packing)
I just don’t have anything I know the weight of (fact) to compare.
This is the Dell can anyone find exact weight.
Dell Optiplex 760 SFF I did find this but no weight

Cheers
JohnThanks Mark
They said it could be the oil and filter weren’t matching, it went in and had new oil & filter .
I tested it, and the problem has slowed down considerably, but not cured.
It’s booked in for Wed they are going to replace the sensor (oil filter I think) with a peugeot.
Some days it’s worse than others (since the oil change) but not as bad as it was.
I think it’s down to process of illumination, as it only started after I had the last oil & filter change
late April early May?.Or that may be a coincidense ?
Thanks Bob
It’s been back about the screech 3 times and it has never been sorted. At the moment it only happens a couple of times a day.
Cheers
