I sit corrected, never got on with maths. It’s funny that we are metricated yet my recently purchased tape measure is still in inches feet,mm cm not squares.

The actually measurement is 12 feet 10 inches on the tape, I added for good measure so it’s my 13.6. I would go in a store and say it’s 13 and half foot mate.

I was after a coversion to search the net for a decent price, these days I search all stores to find the cheapest for everything before buying.

It’s carpet and not my choice for M2, however I have found it better to go nearer the exact and search for 13’x 13′ = 4M x 4M and not add for good measure just patch it up in places with the cut offs.

I have now scrapped the internet search and go look on the high street for off cuts.

Support the high st, I watched a program about that the other night.

Ed strangely I never mentioned recycle. Edit: sos it was a suggestion you made.

Spedley if I only have 2-3 black bin liners on collection they fetch them out (the dust cart can’t get outside). Although I make sure they are tied (sometimes double liners for better protection) if they split or drop and split the bin man has to pick up the waste that falls out. If I wrapped a blade in tissue, they are sure get cut.

I always thought .6 (after ‘ feet) was 6″ being half a foot = 12/2 = 6?

JayCee I had a look on the link and registered, selected one (£2.69) by the time they put Vat & post on it was near £5. I removed it.

PM I have no duct tape, maybe if I use card and masking tape.

I never use more than one source at a time so the headphone shouldn’t be confused. I wait till the rig is off, then turn on the TV dongle and the same headphones auto connect. When I come back to rig 1 I have to enable.

I have the music on my mobile, I can send it to the headphones, but don’t use it, I get confused when I take a call as I have to take the headphones off disconnect bluetooth (to release the phones) and take the call, it’s wrong off by then.

I just can’t understand why the Lenovo won’t connect to the headphones (or the headphones won’t connect to the Lenovo) there is a USB dongle in the Lenovo and it shows as working.

The signal from your dish will still provide freesat, you can’t record, pause, rewind etc but you get all the freeview, plus others channels that were free like certain music channels.

you will need a sky box you will need a card (your old card, if you have your old box) to recieve BBC and CH4

Wheels the link talks classes good knows what class mine is in.

Blacklion it’s at the front of the computer, they go off in the loo too from the TV.

Another problem.

My Bluetooth dongle (CSR4.0) seemed to stop working in both computers. I purchased some new dongles.

Rig 1 (HP) works again with the new dongle, rig 2 (Lenovo) the light on the dongle flashes, it shows in setings/devices/bluetooth-printers-mouse, the headphones say pairing, but they don’t connect.

The headphones (2 sets) work in the HP and the TV, they just won’t connect to the Lenovo?

I never have both rigs (using dongles at the same time.

Maybe stick with what I have and pause the source when moving. At least I can go in the kitchen without loss.

It’s a shame as I listen to music a lot on the PC (especially now I am not trapped with the wire) but I loose it when doing physio, and that’s a time I would like to listen.

I don’t mind so much the hands on as I can sit back and use the mouse, that’s better for my back I do a folder here and there. No rush as I still have a copy of before.

Thanks for the tips on mp3 gain, I will look into it.

I have normalised lots of mp3s (for the car) might leave alone (Ed) the thing is normalizing has added GBs to the tracks (total)

I am gonig to sort them all and see how heavy they are, they might not go on my USB (thumb) soI will probably stick with the originals mp3 tracks.

The program (by default) put each track in it’s own folder (by artist name) then an unkown folder then the track. I have to take them out all the extra folders.
