It arrived back and now fires. Working fine as it was before,with the same SSD and Win 11 (new key not needed).

I don’t know what fixed it, they just sent it back working.

It’s nice to be using it again.

Thanks JayCee it looks interesting, I have vents the fan might go on, however it would restrict opening the case.

I pause and think is that fan silent?

I was hoping to get a  stock type but silent. I have purchased a few that claim to be silent but found not the case.

I was hopeing someone new of a silent (for sure) one.

Thanks Dave I have looked at a few Be Quiet fans can’t seem to find 1200 suitability nor low profile.

Ed I am not sure what type of case it is I go on advice (recieved on here) about a previous build (using this case) I don’t think it would be suitable for a sand up type like an artic freezer pro 11. I can’t work out how an external fan would cool an internal CPU.

I agree BS but I never got a new one nor my money back. in 2017 I purchased some keys off the bay, I used the last one yesterday (on another rig) and that activated.

I struggle to find trusted keys, last time I had one off ebay, came to use it weeks later. It didn’t work, the seller said it has to be used within 24hrs?

I took out all the USBs I swapped the power supply it was just dead. I did an RMA , they collected it yesterday. The RMA said straight swap, I said about my Windows licence wouldn’t work etc, not heard from them.

I don’t know what happens next, I will have to wait and see.

I was using it-shut down-no longer works nothing had changed the plug had’t moved nor the rig

It was the first thing I checked, I even tried a brand new power cable. It’s like no power (PSU, maybe) I am dying to check but trying to sort out the warranty (is it void as I have opened the case to install M.2 SSD and a -DVD Rom

Seen as this thread came out the archives.

In the end after all the problems I had I sent the mobo back and had this one with this gfx card.

I am now running Windows 11.

Going back to the above suggestion I cheated a little (to save money) and purchased this as a cheap substitute. It’s in a gigabyte mobo. The mobo fires (I think) the HDD flickers, I can’t see it on a monitor, is the gfx card purchase not a good substitute for GT 1030 Low Profile D4 2GB.

I went with the default and it worked, it’s a storage drive. Maybe I should have used with a USB adap and performed a normal initialise – format. I can always do the norm (to me) laters. However it now has many GB of mp3 on.
