JohnCome to think, it did a Windows update last week.

JohnThanks Ed
I haven’t killed the old install and it works fine. I haven’t changed nothing in the bios.
There is no problems I feel Windows gets tired and I like to refresh from time to time. This is the first time it’s said it doesn’t meet system requirements.
Originally this PC was purchased with Windows 11 Pro installed and I have never had this. Upon checking on Windows 11 Specs and System Requirements | Microsoft it does meet all requirements and always has, if they caught out on CPU then surely it wouldn’t work as normal, it’s only a new install that doesn’t work.

JohnWheels, sounds good to me, it’s sad your dentist is not nearer.
Cheers
JohnThanks Ed
Maybe it’s an unusual problem, I will mention it to my dentist, on my next check up. Then again it’s a little like the doctors (these days) one appointment for one problem and given 10mins. I have my next dental appointment and it states 10 mins. Maybe I should book another.
Sorry to hear your problem, I know it’s a pain in the ain as well as the mouth. I did go to A&E when the dentist stabbed me in the mouth with the pliers.

I need to forget the past, but no harm to check.
I may not bother messing with M.2 as a boot drive. I am using a M.2 drive via USB in this rig for partitions), it seems happy at that.
I also learned not to overload it with programs and slow the boot down.

I think my now concern is the stich didn’t do the trick and it’s still bleeding.

Compared to my main PC max is 46 Value is 24 -26
I keep my eye on it, but will only use it for light work.

JohnJayCee at tims it should be all I need.
Ed I am keeping my eye on it, when it’s on the door is open. Maybe I need a temp gauge for it.

JohnWhat are you expecting it to be, John?
No more nor no less than it is. It’s ideal size fits in the cupboard out the way. It is slower (than usual) but it’s a good mini PC, can’t multi task, it’ll do for me.

little box? maybe link not working?
Thanks for your links I will probe them when arrives, it says it suppots M.2
Thanks Wasbit
I hope Windows has all drivers on installation, as you say if my attemps fail I can continue with original
I can but try
Cheers
JohnRicedg once said to me (god knows the reason) you must first install on the M.2 or it won’t boot. So I think that’s saying yours won’t boot as it was not first setup on the M.2
