        Not so sure Ed. In recent decades  statesman like seems to equal just giving in. I think we may have had enough of that.

            Speaking of vectors, they really are. A “vector” is really just an Array of indexes that point to, or vector to, a data structure and that can be a class. Remember a class is data type as far as C++ is concerned.

            As always open for comments ?

              Are you REALLY sure you want to keep going with Linx Les ?

              Linux is open sourse and great for hobbyists and tinker’s but because of that there is no “standard” config out there.

              Just saying because you can get W10 really cheap ?

                I don’t know the specs of your machines but if they can run W10 at a reasonable speed I would upgrade the lot ?

                You will have to buy a few keys online for less than a tenner each but you will then have your PC’s all doing the same thing.

                Windows updates ain’t so bad and if all your PC’s are on W10 then you can download once and spread the update over your own network from there.

                Linux is OK but if you need a software package you will be forever asking “is there a Linux version?”.

                  Just getting a few things straight in my head. See what you think about the following statements.

                  C++ treats classes as a user defined data type.

                  The standard library contains a few very usefull data types such as <vector> that are implemented as classes.

                  Classes such as <vector> contain their own functions that you can access using dot notation as in:

                  vector<int>MyVector;

                  int Data=5;

                  MyVector.push_back( Data);

                  Push back is a function in the vector class.

                  Comments welcome please ?

                        60Gb sounds ample, and normally it would be, but if you are a Steam user its barely enough to open your browser !

                        The initial download of the new Doom came in at 58Gb so who knows what it is now with all the patches and updates its had ?

                          I read through the entire WA again last weekend and It is still BINO. The thing I noticed this time though was the obvious amendments that had been inserted because they break the flow of the drivel. I mean text.

                          The WA is not quite the stitch up the EU thinks it is and with a leader who actually wants to leave we MAY get a proper negotiated end to all this in less than 2 years.

                          Or we could save 30 odd billion and just leave now ?

                            I have been hearing from   disheartened Leavers too Dave. They are resigned to the fact that they will not get what voted for after all.

                            The general consensus seems to be to take May’s deal now and fight to get us REALLY out within 2 years.

                            Especially if we can get BoJo into No10 ?

                              Well thats that for that idea then?

                              The only thing the MP’s voted FOR today was to push back the brexit date.

                              Another wast of time only leading to more time wasting.

                                I just thought of a cunning wheeze.

                                I Mrs May was really a leaver , and she wanted to go out with a bang, she could take the MP’s decision to take control of parliament as a vote of no confidence in the government. She could then call a general election and ask the Queen to dissolve  parliament.

                                There wouldn’t be anyone in the house to stop us leaving on the 29th !

                                  And so we should have the blond bombshell then Ed ? BOJO has the looks but I would only vote for him because I trust him to REALLY get us OUT.

                                      They dont have to have a new 3d engine. All they have to do is include arcade perfect conversions of the old games they hold the rights to. Have them as a free down load if you buy the console.

                                      But they won’t.

                                            The HDR channel also has 48min of an open fire in full screen UHD HDR.

                                            There is hi res sound with it too so all you have to do is place your TV where your fireplace would be.

                                            I may be a bit simple but I have been watching the logs burn for 10 min now ?
