If you do have problems on a PC use the Google DNS provider to fix:
On the subject of thin machines DO NOT touch 2016 MacBook Pros with a bargepole! They have a massive design fault which results in the thin cables to the screen suffering wear damage. This loom cannot be replaced due to a carp design and the only solution is a very expensive new screen. However, I guess if you quote this YouTube evidence then you could cite the EU instigated 3-year warranty on goods which are not fit for purpose.
Hooray for the EU!
The Conservative party care more about themselves than the country. They can whistle for my support in the future, I’d rather have Corbyn and all that entails than this shower of rich a-holes looking to feather their off-shore nests.
I just wish that the MI5/GCHQ would quickly investigate the foreign ties of the ERG mob as never before has one group caused as much real economic damage to the UK.
BTW while a Hard Border would cut out the advantages of return loads, the EU already plan to cut out Liverpool in that eventuality and reroute through Dublin &Cork. I’m sure Rees-Mogg will get a suitably warm reception from Liverpool dockers when they learn about that! link
I’m sure all the people in the Food Industry, Car Industry, Welsh Farmers, Cheese Makers and Cornish people are all comforted by that ‘fact’ and how it applies in the case of a Hard Brexit – hah!.
What REALLY tees me off is the way Gutless May is putting the preservation of the Conservative party ahead of the country. This ‘Government’ of ‘kick it in the long grass until it disappears’ is extremely damaging to the country. Parliament has shown almost unanimously (including the DUP) that a Hard Brexit is just not acceptable. Trying to play chicken when you have much more to lose is a very stupid strategy. The EU have long recognised that a hard Brexit hurts everyone, but it hurts the UK far more, and far more quickly.
About the only thing in the Government’s favour is that it is easy to cut off all cash cards!
The Food retailers have warned of shortages, the Government has started to roll-out the Emergency Committees. Food, medicines, and fuel are already seen as primary trouble-spots and having a number one a-hole like Greyling in charge of distribution will exacerbate all problems.
8GB ram is probably the minimum spec – the sweet spot seems to have edged towards 16GB for gaming.
As the article said, this is not the first time such a tactic has been used. We used it in the Briggs Plan with barbed-wire and fencing during the Malayan Emergency to make safe havens for the population and force the insurgents out into the jungle away from their resupply bases. In contrast we played the role of insurgents in Borneo with our use of head-hunters and Special Forces, operating from reasonably secure bases in Sabah and Sarawak!
They get about a net 2Billion euros from the EU so they would need a big incentive to do an IREXIT.
Ah – that explains why 1) and 3) are identical! For a few minutes I thought that Blender offered little improvement over C4D.
The DUP invented a new spin on food shortages and “let them eat cake” —
“Let them go to the Chippy!”
I THINK Samsung now just makes screens. If you check CES HP has stated that their new laptop will have a very similar screen.
While browsing the Fremat’s Library site (Samos tunnel) I also came across this primer for subverting democracy (or How Peru was subverted). First buy-off the media. link
The Beeb does what it is told in today’s climate. That is why I only use a small percentage of Beeb reporting in my understanding of international news. The Independent has a much better unbiased grasp while the Economist gives the CIA view and of course RT the Russian view! China News is better all round as long as you ignore the US/China geopolitics.
[edit] Currently the value of China’s imports are almost half that of the US – I anticipate that China will now increase this share as over the last ten years it has been increasingly active in the Southern Hemisphere. link
You give too much credence to the influence of the ERG mob on Parliament as a whole.
Yep – Philly was one of my stamping grounds and our daily entertainment was to sit in the car-share and lay bets on the numbers of murders that would be reported on the daily news. Even relatively safe places like Cherry Hill used to get its fair share of murders.
Even quite close to the White House derelict and run down areas were often the other side of the street
Very true Richard, but if you check out the areas that were b-dangerous 30+ years ago on the Washington Crime Map, they are still b-dangerous today. The changes have only affected the fabric and not the society.
I do not know if attitudes have changed, but back in the days I lived in the US it was quite a normal experience to be pulled over by the cops and read the riot act for walking in an unsafe area!
Oh – and I should add corrupt and subject to bribery to my critique of our ‘democracy’??
Do not count your chickens – wait until all the votes are cast. Today is the day that Parliament gets back some control in our broken democracy ruled by an elected dictatorship.
