The pill, and fertility in Western males has declined by around 50%. So far no cause has been identified for the latter but I reckon farm spraying of insecticides and anti-fungals plays a big role.

The reaction from the Continent was shocked laughter that this bunch of dishonest incompetents were the best that the Conservative party had to offer. Yes – incompetent barstools!

I was also horrified that the pre-revolutionary Tory squirearchy obviously still believe in the mythical money tree which enables tax cuts for the rich (i.e. them) without any impact on the rest of the population! No mention of ‘if and when we can afford it’. Tax cuts first and grind the peasants down to pay. An obvious General Election vote-winner! (sarcasm)

I certainly have a number of Gog games that are purchased but not played. I think I’m a creature of habit as I keep circling back to the various Fallouts/Elder Scolls and a large number of mod adventures built on them such as Enderal etc.

I think what I like is a game that I can dip into for just 30 minutes  yet offers both intellectual challenge and engrossing game play.

My guess is that games now require huge amounts of unique eye-candy. As an example compare the very limited differences in each Doom 1 corridor with the complex street scenes of Cyberpunk, and the unique NPCs – very often each has a well known actor doing the voice-overs. All very expensive to put together.

The trouble is all this overhead does not lead directly to a great game that draws you in, yet is highly playable.

Apple is picky about both resolution AND frame rate. Both will cause failure. It is also picky about the header. You probably need to look at Handbrake to help you

I’m not familiar with this particular tablet, but many are now struggling with Windows updates as the latest update increases ram and disk requirements.

Anniversary update needs 2GB of ram 16 GB of disk space and a 1GHz cpu for desktop compatibility.

Unfortunately as the blogs makes clear this is a nine month pre-order offer and the price will not go up. Bottom line it is  a BAD deal!

                      Who killed the bear?

Something that used to cause anger in men from the Forest of Dean as it cast aspersions on their manhood.

I find red web pages distinctly irritating. I consciously posted little yesterday as I knew I would be easily and maybe irrationally angered at small things.

I posted a comment on your #1 flint yesterday but it went missing. As flint originates from clumps of siliceous  algae (like blanket weed), it often includes foreign bodies in the clumps – fossils are quite common, so that bit of brown could be nearly anything including dino poo!

The big downside to going completely cashless would be if we finish up living in a country ruled by an evil mendacious clown who takes it upon himself to ‘turn off’ the cash of anyone who opposes or says anything against his rule!

I think that the latest word to come out of Parliament is quite appropriate – prorogue – that’s just what they are, a bunch of professional rogues!! If anything, it goes a bit soft on them, but then “Liars, cheats and con-artists” just doesn’t sound so good on the job description front, even though it’s more accurate!!

What do you mean it doesn’t sound as good on the job description front? The evidence is quite the reverse. As soon as they are out of office they’ll either get comfy seats in the other chamber or nice fat non-Exec directorships here there and everywhere. Sadly though we will have left the EU so unlike other politicians kicked out of their senior domestic positions by their electorates (such as Junker, Tusk, etc.) there will be no juicy Brussels job awaiting them.

Most are already on some sort of UK gravy train anyway. Just look up MPs declared interests.

For example BoJo gets around £25,000 for each speaking assignment.

Bojo now realises that heading for a hard Brexit will bring the Government down as the DUP will not support anything that results in a hard border even if it is one imposed by the EU.

Turkeys do not vote for Christmas and any erstwhile Tory leader that looks like forcing a General Election will rapidly become an ‘Erstwhile’ Tory leader. The threat of an election is enough to make most of the Tory party shiver in their shoes especially if new Brexit candidates are hovering around to split their votes.

The DUP call the shots as a withdrawal of support triggers a General Election.

Another option is to use a host file system. This is a Python FOSS program on Github:
