Strangely enough when in publication MM was always at Morrisons, only a copy or two, today more copies there, are they missing out on the sale/retun aspect?

If the invoice was on the box it came in, it’s at the tip!! There’s only 2 pieces of packing – the outer cardboard envelope sealed with a red tape at the bottom edge and an inner envelope which contains the CD/DVD and which is sealed at the top with a circular piece of clear sticky plastic.

I MAY HAVE FOUND IT – on the front of the inner envelope where it says ‘this is not a COA’ to the LHS a there is a small key figure which is overlaid with what appears similar to the ‘grey rub it off with edge of coin’ stuff found on a lottery type ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice one Microsoft! To err is human, to put a CoA like this is totally stupid.

You could have a RAM problem – have you tested the RAM with Memtest or similar?

Dave – if you all make it here – give me a date/time and I’ll collect you from the station, take you around the town and deliver back to Uni.  D2

                    Hi John,

Seems like he’s made a mistake – haven’t we all at sometime in our life. To preserve your reputation and to save giving him bad feedback, unless a better offer appears say 30mts before end of sale, can you not withdraw it from the sale, this might incur you in charges. In the end it comes down to hopefully two reasonable people coming to an amicable arrangement. You can argue it was his fault – it was – but that will still not get the printer sold. Can you not contact him and make this suggestion – forcing the matter will not help especially as the job of packing a printer (unless you still have the original box) is a nightmare and the costs of sending quite prohibitive.  If charges are incurred, as it was his mistake, would he compensate you for that – it would have to be a gentleman’s agreement though.

But they could be feeling Happy couldn’t they?

PS Not yet certain how to put new posts on the Forum, but I very much like the new style which seems to have happened today or since the changeover. Excellent work Lee, I know there is a subscribe option somewhere, I would be more than prepared to throw in a few shekels towards costs.

May I too extend a Happy New Year to all on ‘Forumite’ and to thank Lee who has made a great effort to continue in our old tradition.

This is my first post on the new one so if it’s wrong in any way please bear with me. I did try to wish everyone a HNY this morning but it went wrong and didn’t appear.

Hoping for better luck this time.
