It’s a tricky one, none of the usual checks are showing errors. I’ll see what free time is available this aft. I do think the problem is causing slowdowns loading topics which I have noticed but that may just be me being picky.

Not much help but I have been using Kodi along with tvheadend now for yonks. I have three dongles “DVB” pluged in but can easily add more should I get the urge to record more. Two TV’s in the house run on this and no tv arial to the TV’s them self. I just have a small and old sff PC’s hidden away doing the jobs. I also bought a cheap remote and installed / configured lirc “Easy Enough” .

Freeview with the every now then use of nowtv box is all I need. This settup allows me to better manage the sound system for my main tv.

For the moment I’ll have to leave this problem until I can through everything which means shutting down for an hour as I don’t have a test site at the moment.

All good now and back to normal. He is restricted to public transport for another three week but apart from that all good.

Cheers @tippon. Everything is more or less back to normal. My dad is back home and has to rest for a month. 6 day turn around does not seem bad at all to me hospital time wise.

Also in the first post I said I was due at the dentist on the 2nd “Wednesday” so I turned up on Wednesday an the staff kindly pointed out that the 2nd is Saturday 🙂 Luckily they had spare time to fill that morning as I was there at 8.30 and they let me in. I was there no more than 15 mins, they pulled a tooth and showed me the door.

My head is still a little fuzzy but things are falling back into place and I am slowly ticking off things on my to do list.

About 2 minutes after posting the above “I wont go to much into detail” something give in above my gum and lot’s of unpleasant stuff came out and well that’s enough of that. I just kept prodding and poking until it happened and now all the pressure and swelling is going. It’s relief! Disgusting Though. I can feel my body trying to fight off an infection as I am very warm.

My Dad stopped smoking about 15 years ago and stopped the beer a couple of month’s back so now all he needs to do is healthy eating and less complaining at other drivers to keep his pressure down. As @Ricedg will know he was very lucky. And the hospital did exactly as Dave said, through the groin.

I understand. Websites are very demanding and time consuming, making plans for them is a project in it’s self. To me it’s not as appealing as it once was but one has to do or the cats do not get there dinner. ?
