I am more or less sorted apart from a bit of wrapping. I was hopeful of finishing all my work before crimbo and having a clean slate for the new year. It’s been a very long year and don’t think I have had anytime out worth mentioning apart from a bit of forced time out so this Christmas I’ll be taking a week and à few days out to do my own things and recharge and clear my head before it all begins again.

Plenty of footie on and I’ll be taken some long brisk walks along the Leeds and Liverpool canal possibly boxing day and new years eve day accompanied only by my Bluetooth woolie hat ?

Just a quick note “It may be excessive in this case” but for future reference if there is a need to really go to town on an HDD then run a live distro such as mint, install and run NWIPE and you will get some serious wiping tools.

The cats pressies turned up 5 mins after the previous post which was good, not getting them untill Christmas day.

Very doubt they was stolen, just a mixture of cockups at Amazon.

I forgot to mention though, With a enough moaning I got £5 per cock-up “£15” in total. I ordered 8 items in three separate orders although the same day. I won’t point out how I will order multiple items next time ?

I kid you not, gospel this but I have had 8 parcels from amazon the past week and half go missing. Believe me I have put a lot of complaints in especially as they were all Christmas presents for the kids. I did notice after they informed me that the parcels were missing that the items in question either shot up in price or was suddenly sold out. How ever I have never had an issue before now.

Just waiting to see now if they deliver the cats pressies due anytime this aft.

We had amber warnings yesterday for today. Then about at 10 last night it went to yellow with snow forecast from 6 am. In the end we had a slight dusting at about 2 pm for an hour and well that’s all she wrote. I was somewhat peed off, I was look forward to a pleasant snowy chilled day but it’s just dark and soggy now with a hint of miserable.

OK but I am guessing the guys/girls who created what ever app/program had been there at the time would of been peeing in there knickers. There is a lot behind the story/facts/achievements and it’s in my very own opinion twisted that anyone would want to come along and say “Look, we did it in 13 mins” whether it is just to show what is possible or not.

Not a go you SGB just a rant at  app makers and programmers trying to prove there own worth either by releasing pointless apps or diminishing other peoples work.

This is what I was looking at. With company’s like Amazon with there own hardware I always worry about them taking an issy fit and blocking apps as Nowtv did with Plex.
