I mean the logo is staying, I like it. I have also added a night filter to the side bar or below the forum on mobile. Its not perfect and I do not plan on perfecting it but it helps me build and eases the eye strain for me.

I am working on the buttons but there is a fault some were that I am trying to fix hence why there is no buttons on the desktop view at the right. As for speed it is a bit quicker and lighter as I has I have been cleaning up unnecessary crap from loading. I am keeping the colours “Dark blue, not black ;)” and the logo is stopping after 1 years worth of thinking, so its final :).

It’s looking better. I am just going with what pops in there for now but it’s safe to say it will look different in two days. I know there issues but they will be ironed out. And I am sure not everybody will like the changes but I will eventually break them down and brain wash them in to my way of thinking ??

A million miles off so far I’m afraid. I have left the site open and working around forumites. Some note to keep in mind that may help avoid some obstacles. The main menu is getting the drop downs back as a new mobile menu fixes it’s old issues and you will be able to find everything in the Main menu. The new login/log out works for login but seems to hang for log out, for now you can refresh the page. And yes I am trying to make it so you stop on the same page when you log in.

Further notes. I am going for a darker, posher look ! 🙂

Ok so as mentioned, search disks in the menu and open it. Select the drive in question and then select the little cogs which will show a drop down menu. You can select mount options in there. Turn the auto slider of and tick the box mount at boot.

I would not wish anything near the cats litter tray after there diet over Christmas so far. One of them was ever so tempted by my Bailey’s while my back was turned and I just caught her licking her lips intensely. ?

Keep an eye on the heat while charging your phone with it. I have had a couple of battery packs that would put hell to shame and I am sure they would of caught fire if left to there own devices.

I will be over the next few days shutting it down at random to get on with thing’s. I will not have the time in the new year and I do don’t have the resources to duplicate it and work elsewhere. It’s quiet around here over this period so may as well get done what I can.

I have over the past couple of days been contemplating on the new redesign. I was planning, back in November for the new look to be ready for new years day or forumites birthday. This is in no way going to happen. Just simply not enough time. However I am wanting to move some features over from the new build to here and to try and clean this place up a little. Think XP, Then Longhorn, Then vista.

Weare on XP at the moment, I have been working on Longhorn but time is getting on and I want to get some new stuff out but some stuff will have to be dropped so vista will just have to do. ? And no, before you even say it or think it! Yes, you know what I mean.

I may be getting the wrong end of the stick but here you go. The drive/partiton is set to mount at boot isn’t it? If not that could be causing issues! Often a second drive is not mounted untill you navigate to it for the first time.

Search for disks in the menu and find mount at boot options.

Happy Christmas to all forumites.  It’s not been a bad year in regards to forumite, not to much teething trouble and no doubt some good times ahead. Many of you of you have thanked me for forumite but it goes without saying I owe you lot a big thank you for being part of forumite as there would not be much point of it with you! I have some good plans going forward but more about that in the new year.

I am sat on my bed getting ready to put the christmas dinner and set the cats new toys up I got them for christmas. Then at 9am I will watch scrooge – A christmas Carol “Its Tradition”.

No hang over this morning as I just did not fancy the booze last night but there is two bottles of Baileys waiting.
