Yes it is keto. Just looking at alternatives, cauliflower mash instead of normal mash for example. This is why I no doubt give up last time as I did not spend some time planning and finding alternatives. One thing for sure is Beer is out of the question 🙁

I remember last time I did it though once I got over the initial worst of it “about two weeks” I began to feel a million dollars, better than I have for as long as I can remember anyhow.

As some may remember I tried a low carb diet back on MM a few years back which did work when I stuck at it. Well I am going to give it another more determined bash as of tomorrow. Would of started today but forgot to get some sweeteners for my Tea but well stocked up now.  I am realy going to try and put some effort in this time. I know the first couple of weeks are going to be tough as I am going for about 30g of carbs a day.

Yes I moved the buttons to the left, just need to restrict them to the forums now and remove them from the desktop although the later is not so important. Any how I have added a few things over the Christmas period and it’s back to real work tomorrow. I’ll do the cleaning up after all these changes over the coming weeks and put the news back and other stuff. Not to sure about your fat thumbs and little buttons, I’ll have to have a think about it.

I do have some fun ideas to go with the ranking and point system that I added, may not be everybody’s cup of tea but we’ll see.

I have put some buttons at the bottom for the mobile. They need moving to the left and tweaking. Button order is from left to right, categories, new topic and latest. Problem is I can only adjust or tweak it by shutting the forum down “Don’t Ask, The site is having crap day” so I I’ll tinker when your not looking 🙂

Everybody will get one but this also includes them who have not visited in a while or not registered. And if you are already a site member your going to get one whether or not you have entered the details to your right. There will be an option to un-subscribe from there on. ? I doubt I will be sending owt out for a few months though. How ever I may send a test email out to find out who are still using fake e-mail addresses for there account “You know who you are”.

For now I have called the points system, which you can see under your forum avatar on the right “Forumite Coins” but if any one has a better idea of what they should be called then add it here. I will add users levels based on points to when I figure out how many for each level. Oh, and yes, we are starting a fresh!

To be honest I don’t remember there being a like button but it should fall under points/user member level. Need to think of names for levels but I am sure we have had this convo before.

The main idea behind the newsletter is just to send out latest topics, hot topics etc… to people who have not visited the site in a while or who are not registered but have signed up for the newsletter.

I have added a new feature which is in it’s infancy. “Gallery” You can now find under account in the Main menu a gallery button which will take you to your gallery area from where you can create a photo gallery. Useful I guess if you want save images for quick access such as a screen shot for something or other. It does support video uploads and audio to but I have disabled them for the time being as storage is expensive. I am wanting to add a youtube feature rather than files being stored on the server but that may take some time. Anyhow it’s there and hopefully it can be improved on in time.

Other things left to do.

1. Buttons for @sgb101 and mobile users for better forum navigation.
2. User level and point for “Well just fun”.
3. New classified system.
4. And I am still thinking at about that reviews idea.
5. Some more tweaking and cleaning up.
6. and anything else I can think off as this will be the last big update until next Christmas.

Also if there is anything you can think off feature wise let me know now. Any ideas welcome, could be any feature idea and not necessarily related to the forum. A tool to help you do something that you would usually have to navigate away from forumite to do for example.

Also there is that damn front page to sort. I have been putting it for a year now 🙁

The night mode was not actually night mode and is in fact night filter. Now there is the real night mode to accompany it, it’s very broken but usable.
