You could install and run clamav from a live distro such as mint. Should pick up any nasties regardless of o/s being installed, but don’t quote me on that.

May be good to show some close up of the frames, gaps etc. If you watch adverts for crocodile garage doors and look closely at the bottom of the door you can see how the rubber is cut to match the up and downs of the floor. Depending on the frame foam filler is an option. All wild guess of course. Is there is a single skin wall to one side and the rear? Some plaster board with insulation behind them, not an expensive or difficult job and all the above with an extra radiator piping from your central heating.

He has to travel a fair bit to get anywhere i believe and I have noticed when he has been out for the day he does not usually clock on until 4- 5 ish maybe later.

I am curious to what fellow forumites opinions are on these two questions.

1. How accurate are these pedometer apps for android. I installed one called pedometer step meter this morning and was just curious

2. This is an “How long is a piece of string question” what do you consider a daily healthy walking distance is?

Thanks, Actually I have been on green tea apart from my two first teas in the morning which is strong normal tea. I have a mixture of Mint Green, Apple and Cinnamon, Lemon and Ginger and A berry one I believe but with out sugar there not as good but I will persist with them as they taste much better than standard tea with out sugar.

I think I give the wrong impression. I am not giving up on tea, just the sugar and milk. No tea is a step to far. A few beers after a long stressed out day though is missed dearly. I’ll keep on with it, I am sure my mind, soul and body will adjust in a couple of weeks.

I heard while on my travels the other day that there is something going round called Aussie flue. Not sure if it’s true or not.

Yes you can also do as you say, use the form in which ever cat you happen to be in to post in that forum.

Every body has to use the drop down to select a category otherwise where would it go. That error occurs when a category as not been selected. The only place you do not select a sub cat is “other” I believe.
