I have done some tweaking in the background to improve speed a little. Please let me know if there is any unexpected behavior.

I think there is still a few tweaks to be done on the mobile side but yea it’s improved on the mobile side of things.

@planeman Yes I was not to sure as I was building it but now it’s all good. The main aim was to clean it up with a flat simple layout and all pages and functions working including the classies and the contact page and I also wanted the the community area cleaner and easier to use and in particular for private messages and I believe I have nearly achieved that with a couple of hours cleaning up left to do.

But the biggest news, thanking the Lord, the front page is complete ?

My aerial was £99 fitted next day after the call and that was on my chimney and it is a steep precarious roof with tall stack’s. Think corri! 🙂 There are some great indoor aerials now. I have come across a few when searching for air band aerials.

I actually believe they may be worth a few quid on at the bookies this time round. I would not put a lot on but at the moment there a good enough price to take a punt.

OK so usually topics tail off 3-4 page’s in but 1 or 2 posts in is a bit of joke. This can do damage to the site’s search credibility with titles saying one thing and the context an other story.

@bullstuff2 Why not get your friend and family to sign up here? You have private messages and you have facebook style posts! Plus an added bonus of not being harvested for add’s. And if that’s not enough you could even create your own forum group for friends and family which only mods and your members can see.

Just a thought 🙂

Yes I had seen that. Not looked though at my coins but the 83 one’s seem to be only £’s on ebay unless I am not looking correctly. One thing for sure is if you want to build up some feedback on fleebay sell some coin’s such as these 2 New Pence. Although tin hat theory I’ll put money on fleebay indirectly coming up with these Ideas of story line’s.

Looked in eBay and there are a few for silly money but in general they seem to be going for nothing so I guess it’s people trying there luck. I have 5 just from change from the past weekend and probably loads more in my copper box so there not that rare.

It’s blumming freezing here now but the snow did not stick long here this morning.. I’ll be down in my cellar tonight where it’s extra cold.

It was nippy down there last night but just standing at the top of the cellar steps you can feel it’s got that bit of an extra snap.

I don’t have sky or the like. I run my TV’s through Tvheadend and Kodi and record all sorts mostly from film4 through the day London’s burning on drama and other misc stuff including Marple when she is on. Once the hard drive is full I put a new one in.

Wild at heart is another I liked which will be due to be put itv 3 again soon but if I really like something for example poiret, Heartbeat, Sherlock holemes with Jeremy Brett, yes prime minister/minister or poridge I will buy on DVD.

I also have all the Fred Dibnah documentries I believe.
