Some bright spark, in a bright spark factory in a place far far away where all the bright sparks live thought it would be a bright idea to reset one of the servers DNS to there bright sparks factory defaults making all my custom DNS changes to all my sites and customers sites obsolete in one foul swoop. Luckily I had it fixed in ten minutes but if anyone had visited the site while it was down it would mean that either they would need to clear there cache or wait for there ISP’s DNS to catch up.

Have you installed the mint codec pack. Never used the software you mention nor do I have any idea about what you are wanting to acchieve however the mention of sound and video problems leads me to codecs.

Both JB’s and Bob’s are good ideas but 1. There actually levels and not name’s for indavidual point’s. 2. I feel I need to stress this. The forum is not a Tech forum! Yes it provided a follow on from MM and there is tech area but On a whole the site, the forum, the commumity is a general, day to day site covering all subjects. I never ever will focus on just tech and 45% of the time “At a guess”  the subject is not about tech. So with that said I do not think “Level’s” or “Points” should be tied to a particual intrest in life.

To true, 1 day waisted because it would not line up. It’s not the printer either. I printed a photo this morning with a border and it was bob on. I used Avery online designer selecting there business card size and product number as it is avery cards I was using but nope, nothing is working. You can manual offset in there online designer but the problem is one column of 5 cards was outline more than the other column and you can not adjust each one.

Anyhow I have opted for instantprint as they let you design your card from scratch and I could not find a way to do that at vista print.

My blood presure is slowly returning to normal now but atleast I have had a little reminder of why I do not use printers! Never have I had any luck with printers, NEVER! Funny thing is when I was younger I always fancied getting into the printing game ?

Thanks All. I have taken a look at everything, tried variuos things but I think I’ll be using instantprint online and let them take care of it before I really do flip my lid. ???

I give up. I just can not get the cards to align. I think its a printer issue but I have lost patiance now.

I can live with that. Just tried it my self and works as intended. As for the links there also showing for me as intended. I’ll clean my cache later and see if I can re-produce the problem.

I always go out side to vape but TBH I have never looked into the law on subject. Is it against the law to use one in the pub now or is it breweries discresion?

True, but I guess it feels good not to have to get a bank loan out for a pint up north ? I have been going to a pub a mile or so from me once a week for the past few weeks. They only sell Sam Smiths but it’s a nice drink and listen to this “Not you londoners you may cry” £2.08 a pint 🙂
