If I was to ever get into the pub game again “Which I won’t” I know that food would be on my to do list depending on the area but I would also ensure if it was a free house I would be on the phone to sam smiths and get a deal going with them. Really cheap and nice beer. I would also build the pub in the sam smiths style. No pool or snooker, no tv’s and no music. Sam smiths pubs are always packed out where I am and there is just no trouble in them. Oh, and obviously some guest ale’s.
And clean them pipes regular. Minimum once a week. Beers tastes crap from mucky pipes. I use to do mine every Monday morning. If you need to now more I am sure I have a few more answers.
