Any chance of moving the yellow bar “Important Info About Downtime”? It sometimes gets in the way of site navigation on a PC. Under the Red/Orange donations bar would be better.

Why not just close it? Shoul only see it once.

I close it, however it is hard to see although it says Close, if only you could use a different color for Close, or Close This Message

The bar worked fine, and was clearly labelled on mobile. Closed it and it never returned. Didn’t think twice about it.

I saw the bar and closed it OK.
