So low res games like the old banger NFS mostwanted can be up scaled to 4K this is not the same as DRS as DSR is game specific.
This means you can down scale Cyperpunk 2077 (in game) to attain 60fps then up scale it to 2K and get 60fps.

To make it happen make sure NVIDIA is in control of your monitor.]= Control panel, set to full screen. Disable HDR on monitor and in windows.
Enable (control panel) Image scaling, tick all boxes in DSR scroll down to change resolution and take yer pick.
Top left in game screen should show NICs top left and green is working and blue is not, but enabled
