I purchased some ram from Kingston web, it’s not arrived and pending. I contacted kingston and they know nothing of my order and suggest it could be a reseller.

I know nothing the web shows a Kingston badge (so I though it was Kingston)

I am worried now, have I been wripped off or am I just impatient

      Cheers
      John

It is an authorised reseller called Buy Kingston. It is a registered company in England & Wales that’s based in Halifax and it’s been about for 11 years. They have a better Trust Pilot rating than Kingston themselves.

I’m finding deliveries are generally taking a day or two longer, so I wouldn’t panic just yet. They do have a contact form on the website.

          Thanks Dave

I feel better now, not sure as the sale still says pending, the expected delivery finishes tomorrow. I have contacted (form, you pointed out) not yet had a reply.

          Cheers
          John

+1 for Dave’s comment. Even my local Tesco have a three week back order on tonic water!

Bojo is lucky that he can blame Covid even though Brexit and an HGV driver shortage is the cause.

HGV issue is not being helped by the industrial action at DVLA either, some drivers have trouble renewing their licences when needed.
