I am very gutted about this. I do actually enjoy his rants and really nailing the politicians in the morning. When I watched him walk-off even though he returned I guessed he was not going to be here today. It’s just going to be WUGB now.

If you can guess what I mean WUGB you’re a winner 🙂 Don’t have a prize though 🙁

Close Mark. It’s “Woke Up Great Britain”.

If the program you’re on is sponsored by Coca-Cola and you start questioning whether people actually like the drink or are just pretending you’re going to get in trouble. You can debate the rights or wrongs of it but I think most people can see that would be the consequence.

ITV are heavily behind mental health issues with the ‘Britain Get Talking’ campaign. ITV were accused of being hypocrites giving him a platform to basically shut down someone who was talking about their own problems. Remember that in the studio he was genuinely very much on his own expressing those views. He also tried to shut down people of colour from expressing their views on perceived racism.

This how he operates, if you don’t agree with him he shouts all over you. I enjoy that when it’s the lying politicians trying to peddle a message and indulge in some gaslighting,  but not when it’s people who have been asked on a show for their side in a debate. It’s often left to Susannah Reid to intervene and try to shut him up so they can be heard.

It’s not woke to call him a bully because that’s how he his and deliberately so. Indeed he has been boasting of how their ratings have been increasing because of his approach and calling out the BBC for being too soft. This time he went too far, which at some stage he always does.

My guess is he’ll be back on the new Andrew Neil news channel which is going to be fully of shouty presenters who refuse to “compromise”. Unless of course the interviewee is of the same political persuasion. It’s going to be Fox News UK and he’ll be perfect.

Sorry, I do not remember saying if someone called him a bully they were woke, whoever they are?

My point was it’s going to be boring especially with some of these hypocrites and nut jobs claiming covid doe’s not exist and the are tonnes of other examples. In a lot of the rants and shouting down he was doing that because their answers were contradicted, repetitive, or just rubbish. Anyhow, I will leave it there or I will end up at the doctor’s, upping my “Mental Health” tablets. 🙂

He is one of the few interviewers that WILL point out to people that they are talking nonsense, almost all the others just sit there smiling and nodding as their guest spouts the drivel they came on to spout.

Yes I shall miss PM on GMTV too, but he ignored the boundaries and paid the price. Perhaps he thought he was greater than the show? He was increasingly shutting down any voice but his own and it seems behind the scenes too. It was always him doing the storming off and throwing toys out of the pram, not the others. Dozens of GMTV staff complained about him, not just members of the public.

I’d just point out Andrew Neil destroys politicians without shouting over them. Andrew Marr doesn’t do too badly either, or Paxman. Andrew Neil has said he can see a place for him but not doing the same sort of ranty shouting act.

The best thing though is on programs like Question Time when members of the public have a pop. They aren’t afraid of their careers or guests refusing to attend their show. BoJo was genuinely shocked when he was called out by Conservatives at the hustings for not answering questions.

I used to think of Morgan as one of the few TV presenters with a fully developed pair of cojones. However, I now believe that he has reached the stage of his ego being many times the size of his stones. I don’t think he can expect to attract offers from any morally and legally correct broadcaster.

The sad thing is that he has given ammunition to those organisations on the Left, that can now use his outbursts to promote their skewed causes.

I have never seen a single episode of it with him on. But I always seemed to hear no one liked him, so was amazed he was on the show to begin with.

For those who don’t watch GMTV, the moggy over the years spoke out for so many people and not let things drop and disappear. Disabled children, wronged parents, wronged pensioners, wronged NHS to name but a few often out of his own pocket and not always involving politicians. If you never have watched GMTV with him on it you will no doubt of only heard people don’t like him and the simple reason for that is “That’s His Thing”. I suspect plenty of shows will be after him. As long as it is not RT. I would not be surprised if he ends up some were like Australia. Or doing something weekly on NetFlix or the like. Who knows, he could end up doing a duo with Clarkson on something. Imagine That 🙂

Well he’s now lost his platform for all those things by refusing to budge over one issue. Look at why he’s left all his previous jobs, much the same thing. At some stage people tire of him and his ways.
