Work out this Pay As You Go Pricing Plan

I wanted to drag out brand new vintage 6310i as its just much a nicer phone to use sometimes than a smartish phone. With this in mind Pay As You go bundles with the internet was not much use to me.  I opted for the “High 5” package. https://talkhome.co.uk/mobile/plans/

The thing is with the package next to it is “UK PLAN 5” package at the same price with a lot less. Not sure how they worked it out but I have tried both and not found a difference. Even called the talking clock and some Spanish maritime forecast out of my free minutes. I believe it runs on EE.

P.S On my old phones, I can not use anything on the three networks.
